so today I had to speak to the store manager German about a publix transaction. German was very professional and understanding of what i need it done. also with the wonderful help of Denise i finally was able to correct the transaction. German and Denise were super attentive, courteous and helpful. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. We thank them both and I just want to say that PUBLIX really cares about their customer. thank you GERMAN and DENISE

I walked into this Publix location for the 1st time today and my first thought was how impeccable it looked. The floors were spotless and shiny. Everything was perfectly well put together. The lighting was great, it was well organized and the the signs were in the right place. I bought some Cuban pastries, they were really good. I just noticed that the lady that helped me did not change the gloves before picking my food items but it was too late when I noticed to ask her to change them. The staff was super friendly. I was greeted with a smile by several employees and the ladies at the bakery were super nice and friendly.

It's a grocery store. Very nice organization. Net to clean place. Just a little bit costly then other stores but all stuff is fresh

Always a pleasure, feel safe walking in there, and the buy one get one deals is what has me coming back every week. Wish they had more dark Chocolate Lantana in stock! parking could be better. Thanks!

Customer experience the best. Every associate greets you and helps you. Self check out is great, and the ability to save paper by getting receipts emailed is very appreciated

The folks there are so friendly and wonderful. I ordered a cake for my friends and they kept it fresh for my pickup order. They have a great selection, and the sushi chef is great.

I went to publix to return some items that went bad because my fridge broke. Upon check out the manager Marabelys said that tje GM Herman said they can only return up $20 store policy. I have been shopping at publix for nearly 25 years and I have never had any issues returning anything also I have never heard of a $20 return policy. If true shame on you publix and you now have lost a loyal customer and I will never shop there again!!

Not as good as it once was. Customer service requires personel, something they're now lacking... now it seems to be about the bottom line. With higher prices than other places and starting to lack the reasons most people went to Publix it will slowly loose its customer base.

Horrible service. I have placed an online order 4 times within a month at the deli department in which my order is NEVER ready when I get there. So why offer online service when your stuff is never prepared?

The workers are friendly... i recommend you get your bread from the bakery and if you dont like the crowds at the other stores there are never any lines here

I usually dont do reviews on grocery stores, but I had to this time. I went to publix to pick up a few items yesterday, Juan from the deli made my day, he is engaging in conversation and really knows his foods. I was gonna buy borshead swiss and he recommended another I should try and it was amazing, my wife and family love it. Thank You Juan from the deli, I will be back to try more of your recommendations.

My respects to Ozzie the Store Manager and Yahima from the Bakery. Excellent customer service, personalized and honest treatment. And all for an online order, I imagine what it feels like to be able to visit them every day, I am very far away and I would like to find people like them in my store every day. With leaders like this, everything works well, because everyone perceives the good atmosphere.

Shopping is truly a pleasure at Publix. The only problem is a shortage of food, but that's not the fault of Publix. Biden is to blame for that.

Dogs, dogs, and more dogs. IN A SUPERMARKET??? What's wrong with people? For how long they are shopping that can't leave their pets at home? Washing a dog walking and sniffing through the aisles is just disgusting. Publix lost their motto, "where shopping is a pleasure " no more.

I had a bad experience at this Publix, specifically with the deli. I stood in line, patiently waiting to be assisted but was ignored. When the young lady came to the deli, she told me to wait a moment while she called someone to come and assist me. Then instead of extending that same thing to a lady who randomly walked up, she started to fix her a plate when the lady asked her, while I stood there right in front of the glass as the next person in line. It seemed as if favoritism was being shown and she was rude.

Usually I have a good experience here but today was different. I just bought 3 magazines today. I was having some issues with my card, at the 3rd time finally worked. The cashier NEVER said a simply word to me! I noticed she was very nice with the customer in front and the one that was next to me in line. What was the reason? I have NO idea! My card, the magazines...? A customer is a customer. We all should be treated in the same way.

There’s a guy in customer service named Oscar he helped me a lot today I come a lot to this Publix and no one has gone above and beyond like he does every time I visit.
