One of the best book store in Miami. Huge selection and Starbucks inside of the store.

A nice, quiet atmosphere where you can read countless books of your choosing without a single care in the world, along with a friendly staff willing to answer all your questions pertaining to their merchandise. If you're a comic book fan like me, then you can rest assured that you can find it in Barnes and Noble. Their graphic novel section is quite expansive and if you somehow do not find what you're looking for, you'll be able to order it, wait a few days, and then be able to pick it up in-store at a time and day of your choosing.

Great place to relax. I wish the coffee at the Starbucks in there wasn't so expensive. Still a great atmosphere and book selection.

great bookstore! I love the atmosphere and they sell other wonderful items as well! They had a toy section for younger kids, and best of all was their studio ghibli set up! My friend got this silly cat toy there, 100% worth it!

I called the store to ask about a promotion. The guy that answered the phone said hello. I had to ask if this was Barnes and Noble. He knew nothing about the 50% off hardcover promotion. I went to the store and I interacted with 3 different employees. All were unfriendly. The one at service desk saw me waiting there . He walked off and never acknowledged me. The cashier didn't offer a bag for my purchase and when I ask, I was told I had to purchase a reusable bag. I will never visit this store again

One of the last remaining Barnes & Noble locations in the Miami area. Very nice store with a plentiful selection of books, figures, and other knickknacks. Today the cashier who rang up my purchase was Johanna M. She was very friendly with me and made small talk. I appreciate that a lot more than one would think. So many of our purchases these days are online, impersonal, and missing that personable touch so it's nice to have a staff member make a simple purchase more pleasant. Overall, a good place to stop by if you're in the area.

The Blockbuster effect. Fernando at the cash register has zero customer care or training. We would not get a bag for the book and the magazine we bought. Fernando doesn’t understand that his attitude and poor store management skills at check out will evolve u into his job and employer being replaced by online shopping outlets like Amazon. He’ll probably do better driving an Amazon delivery truck in the future or packing delivery bags at the distribution warehouse.

Was surprised by the size and selection offered by this book store. Only downside is the outside door. It looks like a push bar. But it’s actually a pull. There’s no signage saying pull.

Our next family food adventure take us to Barnes & Nobel located in Miracle Mile in Coral Gables  with a category of 4.6 and more than 3,048 reviews, this library offer you a little break time from the noise city after a tired walking around day. After you see all the stores and restaurants what you want is some time to take your shoes and relaxing reading a book or better drink a coffe a Starbucks and to charge your energy you eat some dessert from the coffe shop inside the library and that what we doing. Everything you want to read is in here high recommend place if visiting the heart of Coral Gables (Miracle Mile).

I mean it's just like every other B&N out there, but frankly if I can't even charge a device there while studying, you're getting docked down a star as these spaces are very commonly used as study/tutor spaces (at least my local one in Sand Lake Rd Orlando is) and should accomodate such. Everything you expect from a standard B&N, with a SB to boot, but don't expect to find a single plugpoint. Do not recommend for studying.

Great location, great hangout spot to get a couple things done quietly at the coffee shop on your laptop. The one downside is that the coffee shop has no power points to charge your computer or phone & they do not accept Starbucks gift cards. Be sure to carry a sweater or a jacket, extremely cold if you're sitting there for a while. Store has great & wide selection of books, staff extremely helpful. There's nothing like turning a page on a actual book (vs electronic). Parking is easy. And FREE parking is always a massive BONUS!!!😍

It's a great hangout place and their coffee shop serves Starbucks coffee but is better equipped and provisioned than any starbucks. Great selection of books and products although, honestly, most everything can be had cheaper someplace else.. but its a nice experience to shop for books there. I have to take down stars because their bathrooms (both of them) were out of order. My kid had to use the bathroom, and I had to run out to find some other place. I had a coffee but did not return to shop when this happened.

Best customer service I’ve experienced out of the few different locations I’ve visited. Usually I’m just pointed in the direction of the book & left on my own but at this location the employee went out of her way to locate 4 different books for me, then the gentleman at the register was able to price match the prices listed on their website. Thank you.

I went today at Coral Gables Library Barnes &Nobles and bought 2 books, after I paid them the clerk point to the books and said You can pick them up. I asked him for a bag. How come there is not a bag any more at Barnes and Noble? Is very sad, but the beautiful Library at Coral Gables has lost the elegance and glamour . I will never understand how we get to the point you bought books and the clerck did not give them in your hands and said:"You can take your book". No courtesy, no education. I have to buy a 90cts bag which was behind me to do not take the books in my hands until I get to my car, which was near Giralda Blvd, several blocks from there. I don't care to buy the bag, it's ok, but offer the option to buy something to carry what you bought.

Cute place! And in a quaint neighborhood too the area feels safe. Got 3 books and looking forward to reading them all.

This is heaven for a book lover. There are also a lot of puzzles and games for children. I loved the pleasant and helpful staff. Their selection is wonderful.

I love this Barnes & Noble but…it’s always (and I mean always) stuffy inside. It doesn’t matter if it’s warm outside or perfectly cool weather outside, there is zero airflow inside so it’s always uncomfortable stuffy especially in the cafe. They have many ceiling panels that are on the verge of bursting from A/C leaking (you can see the panels browned and bowing precariously above the books) so maybe they never turn it on. But my gosh. Otherwise, it’s a nice location with a good stock of books.

We love coming here, my family and I. In addition to the great and pleasant environment, there is a diverse selection of books of all kinds and a huge section of board games that my family and I adore. We spend hours in there and don't even notice the time passing. Whenever I come to the United States to visit relatives, I make sure to set aside time to come here and enjoy the new releases. The staff is also exceptional - very attentive and helpful. I hope to come back soon.

It's sad how this place is kept. There is little selection of themes, books are placed horizontally so it would take more rack space. The floor carpet is dirty, looks like 90s dirty. I ask a girl that was ordering books where the computing section was... She refered me to customer service. Books are more expensive than on Amazon. And the toys & games section was a complete mess, boxes on the floor, the lighting in that section was turned off. I think Barnes & Nobel need to rethink their strategy if they want to keep on with the physical locations. They are very needed and I love to go to bookstores, they will not need to be competitive and friendly. Well lit and maybe put some free coffee machines. I also noted they removed the seatings available.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO TO LIKE EVER. It opens and closes at pretty good times. It has super good books too. The vibes overall id just amazing and the staff are usually super cool and nice. Good food. Whenever my mom offers to take me i always get duper excited. Studied here a few times it was great.

This is a great place to sit down in the Cafe and get some work done. The vibes here are immaculate. Even if its structurally no different from most Barnes & Noble stores, there's an extra edge given to it due to its location on Miracle Mile. Everything is beautiful in Coral Gables, after all . . .

The atmosphere at Barnes & Noble is so peaceful and great! I found some classics I had forgotten about as well as most new books I have been looking for. Also browsed through the children's section and loved the bilingual vocabulary books

The place I love the most for almost 8 years now. The only place I feel at home super cozy. Staff at the Cafe keeps changing but supervisors have been the same. Super helpful. They make your stay even more comfy. The smell of book fill the air and that is like being on a movie mening super dreamy. Love love love it!

I was looking for a new children's book. They didn't have it in stock yet but could be ordered on line. This is a fabulous story for kids.
