Hi Google family am back again with another review. Last night I went to Cooper's Hawk Winery. It was very last minute which is unlike me but let's jump into this review. When I walked in my friend and I wasn't greeted which was a red flag too me.No one asked if we were members , if we wanted to sign up, or what wines were we interested in. So we sat ourselves. The restaurant seemed slightly full for a Saturday night. Our waiter was a man by the name Vince. He quickly changed my mind about the place. This was my 1st time here and he made me feel welcomed ☺ and made my experience a great one. I ordered from the Appetizers because I wasn't that hungry, our food came out from the kitchen fast. I had the egg rolls which was very filling it came with coleslaw which I was not a fan of. To drink I had Sweet Red, I could have drank the whole bottle by myself.( I didnt 🤣) The music was good , Vince came back several times to check on us but not in a bothersome way. His service was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better waiter. Over all my experience at Cooper's Hawk Winery was good.

Cooper's Hawk in Doral is a franchise restaurant that left me with mixed feelings. While the service was commendable with attentive staff, the overall dining experience failed to impress. The appetizers were good, specifically the meatballs and lettuce wraps showcasing a burst of flavors which I thought would be a great transition into the entrees. I ordered a steak, hoping for a delightful treat, but unfortunately, it arrived at the wrong temperature, not living up to my expectations. To their credit, the staff promptly fixed the issue, but then, another disappointment struck as it lacked seasoning, leaving me underwhelmed. The brussel sprouts stood out as a highlight of the meal - cooked to perfection with a mouthwatering blend of flavors. While the service was good, the inconsistency in food preparation considering the premium prices left me feeling unsatisfied. Perhaps with some improvements, this restaurant could truly shine and offer a more memorable dining experience to its guests.

Always a pleasure coming here. Food is always great- well seasoned, big plates and enough to share and everything cooked to perfection. Today we had the lovely Leo who had great customer service skills and was so attentive to our table, we loved him! We were a big group and he was able to get all our orders and drinks perfectly. And again food came quickly and hot. Love coming here and we’re even doing our bridal shower here, can’t wait !

Had a girls day here today and the food was delicious . Everyone enjoyed the meals and the ambiance of this location is nice. The 4 stars was for the service, it could have been better. I will return, but most likely to the Pembroke Pines location.

Franco was amazing. He was attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all Of Our options and made excellent recommendations. The wine was very good and the experience was superb.

Always a pleasure to come here the food was Amazing! I loved every dish we ordered. All the staff is super friendly, professional and detailed oriented. We ordered Thai Lettuce Wraps Crispy Brussels Sprouts Classic Tomato Bruschetta Pan-Roasted Mahi Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas Chicken Madeira Everything was amazing 👌 The wine ( Malbec) was super nice too Recommend this place 100%

The service was good, the food was super delicious. We sat outside in the patio área, we got the 2 little glasses for the wine testing (for each one) then ordered a bottle of red wine and the waitress brought the wine decanter tower stand. The appetizer was the Classic Tomato Bruschetta (Vegetarian), for the Entrees; Roasted Chicken Risotto (Gluten Free) and the Ellie’s Chicken Piccata (Gluten Free), for dessert the Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée (Gluten Free). It was the first time from my husband and he was very please. We recommend this place.

My husband and I frequent the doral location and it was my moms favorite restaurant. She passed of covid in February of this year . We went today to enjoy a wonderful late lunch. Our waiter Kaleb was excellent and very knowledgeable, knowledgeable and very pleasant! Hannah at the winery desk was very helpful in finding the blueberry wine I was searching for. She also gave me more information regarding my membership and it’s benefits.. truly a wonderful experience! Thank you Kaleb and Hannah for your outstanding service!

Party of 5. Ordered salads, apps, alcohol and main courses. As soon as it got busy, the waiter completely forgot about us, to the point where he said “I have other tables.” Ok, fine but we asked for a new knife, another glass of wine and accepted your offer of more bread 15 minutes ago. My shrimp with capellini was soaked in oil. The sauce with the meatballs was delicious. They need to cook the meatballs IN the delicious sauce. We’ll go back with with the proper expectations.

I came to this Location with my 4 girl friends and it was an amazing experience like no other. Cooper’s hawk makes you feel like family and their employees are so welcoming. I’ve been a member for a while now and this week I decided to come do a wine tasting, I’d never done one before. I was greeted by a girl named Ztephany who was very polite and conversational. She made sure to explain all the wines thourugly and even made suggestions that were SPOT on with what my pallet would like. The ambiance is very clean and relaxing and we had such a fun time we will definitely be coming back at asking for her again! The only problem is to find parking is difficult

The top 3 or 4 restaurants all of 2022 Ok I know it is 2023 but so early I am comparing against 2022. Hostess was great and gave good recommendations. Mario was server and was excellent. I had the Dana Parm Chicken and I would eat this everyday if I could. Cooked perfectly. This place is a must do when in Miami

The place was really cool. It surprised me. We went for lunch, and the food was Amazing! I loved every dish we ordered. Especially the shrimp and scampi pasta. It was delicious. Even though the food was really good, it’s kids friendly, the portions were perfect, the service though was a little bit awkward. Our waitress was nice, but they left all our plates in the table until the end, and all of us were done eating. That made me uncomfortable since I like a clean space in front of me. So that’s why I gave them 4/5 stars

It was our first time here, husband and I just a casual date night on a Saturday. Location was easy to find and love the fact they have valet parking(12.00 and half off when you show them your dine in receipt) Husband had a glass of Malbec he ordered surf and turf (churrasco and scallop) and I had a glass of the passion fruit wine which was amazing with my Parmesan crusted mahi mahi, food was amazing just like the portions but one thing I truly recommend are the calamari those were delicious. Loved the place and ambience and our server Nicole was Amazing. I will definitely go back.

The curry Mahi was delicious!! I do not however recommend the expresso martini. Don't waist your time with it, stick with the wine. The service was not that good. I waited almost half an hour for service at the bar area.

Willy was our server & he was really the best! This is our favorite wine spot to go out to, very affordable prices and amazing service & good quality. The wine is amazing & so good.

We recently held our daughter's christening reception at Cooper Hawks Doral and the experience was beyond words. I really do not have enough words to thank all the staff, from our waiters Pedro and Jesus to the kitchen staff and who make it possible for us to enjoy your delicious wine. Pedro has always been our star server since the first we visited the restaurant and we bought the membership with him. We requested him to be part of the event and we are very, very grateful to him. Jesus was very kind and polite, they both took care of every detail and treated both our guests with excellent manners. Thank you for making us fell the best host ever. Thanks to Hunter, the event coordinator at CHW who worked with me since the first day until the last one, making changes and leaving the necessary notes so that everything went perfectly, thanks for taking care of every detail. Thanks to the manager Ruben for the excellent job he is doing in this place, for me the best CHW of the two I have visited! Thanks to the kitchen staff because the food was excellent, abundant and delicious. Excellent place for special events, recommended 200% Thanks Cooper Hawks!!!

We loved ot here our first time in this location, and i think this is my favorite Coopers out of all the one I have visited. Service was great, and the food is good, and the atmosphere is very alive and happening, and the good thing about this location is that after dinner, if you are still in the mood to do more you are in the middle of doral city where you have tons of bars and restaurants etc . We will definitely come back. and take more pics and videos

Arrived around 2pm. We were asked to hit the Bar area because we were not dressed for the dining room..it was Father's Day and the Bar had a calmer, more secluded, exclusive feel to it. That made me and my home girl happy. The gentleman at the Bar was the best part. They were in the weeds but he was very attentive. We had tasted two Pinot Noirs and got a glass each. Tuna and salmon were fresh. Key lime dessert was so rich and yummy. Loved the graham cracker crust. Sat for over two hours and no one rushed us away. The music was off the charts. Learned about some new artists while dining in. Great experience. Will definitely visit again when I'm in Miami.

I absolutely love Cooper’s hawk! I highly recommend becoming a wine member, it comes with a monthly wine tasting for two and 1-3 bottles of wine. You can even open your bottle at the table for no extra cost. Food is always great and service is excellent. Special shout-out to our server Kaleb, he was AMAZING! Always made sure we had water, checked on us often. Excellent! Can’t wait to be back.

The Wine tasting was awesome! We were seated promptly at our reservation time. The atmosphere and music really set the mood on a Friday night. I definitely recommend.

It’s definitely worth the visit at least one time. Your bill can add up quickly but that’s primarily because it’s hard to decide and you just want to get everything on the menu. The wine flights were good along with the appetizers. They will give you a ticket for valet parking but it’s still $6 with the ticket they give you. That was not made clear initially but it’s the most feasible parking option in the area.

Wife and I spent most of the day looking for a place to eat Thanksgiving dinner. Found this place was open on Thanksgiving but didn't know they actually had a Thanksgiving dinner option! Food was great and I can say that the Thanksgiving dinner was great! The turkey was so soft the carrots and beans were perfectly seasoned, stuffing was good and the potatoes were delicious! The server we had was super awesome even though it was Thanksgiving I felt like the people were happy to be there! Highly recommend if you are looking for Thanksgiving dinner this place is awesome!

This was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing and the service was even better. Vince was our waiter and he did a spectacular job. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He made several recommendations and they were all great. We had the short ribs, gnocchi, risotto and flat bread. We were very pleased with our experience.

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE! I came all the way from New York and my fiancé and i had an amazing time. Food was so good! Also Gerry gave us such an amazing service!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you again !
