I am a first time customer at Vera jewelry and I had to come and leave a detailed review. I went to have a Cuban link bracelet made from them. There was a miscommunication about the size of the bracelet so when I went to pick it up they sincerely apologized for the miscommunication and Luis told me not to worry. To keep the one they made for a week while they make a new one the. The new one ended up being more than 30 grams over the original one when I went to pick it up it was AMAZING!!! Luis told me for my inconvenience they would eat a Large portion of the difference just because that’s the way Vera does business. I was and still am amazed. It was literally the nicest thing ever done by a business to me, they really didn’t have to do that. I needed 11 cuff links engraved. They examined the cuff links and were able to successfully complete the order in a day. The per unit pricing excellent as well. I did have a discoloration issue, but this was likely due to the cuff link materials themselves (they claimed they were stainless still but most likely they were not). Thanks Vera Jewlery!

My experience at this jewelry store was second to none. They are trust worthy and professional. When I took my pieces here I felt like I could leave them and they were in great hands. The turnaround time is incredible. I was able to get a couple of pieces repaired In a couple of days and the quality of the work is amazing. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I needed a stethoscope engraved as a gift and was unsure where to go. I walked into Vera Jewelry and they were able to engrave my friends name in the stethoscope while I waited. The gentleman doing the work was extremely professional and discussed my options to ensure it was what I was looking for. I was a little nervous having someone engrave a brand new medical device, but the outcome was better than I had anticipated and it made a great gift. Less than 15 minutes and only $20 to have this done. I’d highly recommend Vera Jewelry and will be using them again if I find myself needing engraving.

I had a sentimental piece of jewelry that broke. Not very expensive, but it meant a lot to me personally. I went to Vera and they did an amazing job repairing it for a very reasonable price. Since then we have gone back twice. Good guys. Reasonably price. And honest.

The team that was here on 2/11/22 2:00 PM were very unprofessional. We spent at least 6 minutes inside the store with no greetings when we walked in nor any attention to ask if we need help looking for something. I will not be returning. I definitely recommend additional training for these staff.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Douglas who's promptness and attention to detail explaining all the factors in making a sale are second to none in my experience with other jewelers in Miami Dade. I added a sleek lock to my cuban link chain and they made the change in less than 15 minutes. I was in an out! Normally other places make you wait weeks if not months for this type of service. The store itself on Bird Road is very nice and you can chill on the cozy furniture while they make the adjustments. I will make sure to get all future pieces at this location, the customer service was outstanding!

Went Monday with a 18 k piece they offered $4200 I returned the next day and they offered $3600 because gold went down from 2050 to 1987 in one day I asked him what will be the price tomorrow he didn't response Pennyweight does not response that quickly to Gold Market. That guy Think everyone is Stupid and the only Stupid is him. So unworthy and unprofessional. Glad to say I sold it for 4905 in another Pawn very near them on Bird and 93 Ave. Don't even waste your time going there
