I recently purchased a watch at Mayors, and the experience exceeded my expectations. These people will give you service based on your look. If you walk in wearing a $40,000 watch they will give you all the attention you want. If you’re not wearing expensive watch they will ignore you and tell you somebody will be right with you but have you stand around for 20 minutes like you don’t exist. Just because someone’s not wearing a watch doesn’t mean they can’t afford to buy one. Please don’t let them fool you, most of the watches in the display case or actual working watches even though they’re marked “for exhibition only” If the time is at 10:10 and the second marker is slightly past the 30 mark there is no movement inside, if the watch is at a random time it’s a real working watch with a movement. It’s amazing that Rolex doesn’t like resellers however they are creating a market by turning down customers with money that is the same color as everyone else is money. When you keep turning down customers that walk into a store they’re going to go elsewhere which is the gray market. Yeah it’s a great business model not having stuff to sell for a customer walking into a store.

I have to say that if you want to have the best experience buying a watch or jewelry, this is the Mayors to go to. Keidy my sales girl is amazing, very knowledgeable , guides you through the merchandise, very professional, and best of all she isn’t pushy at all, I think the experience is 80 % of the sale and she definitely made it the best. Please ask for Keidy if you are in the market for a timepiece, you will not regret it.

I just visited the store for the first time and I honestly felt like at home. This is the worst store that I ever went, I’m a Rolex customer, and the staff there look at me like I’m nobody, I ask for tje GMT master II, they don’t have any to show, I understood the lack of availability but 1 year on wait list ? I have the date just 41mm and the sales person told that I wait a month, and sales person told me because my watch is the Cheapest on their line. RIDICULOS

I met Adiel at Mayors International Mall a couple years ago when I inquired about a Rolex timepiece. Even though the environment around Rolex buying has been difficult, Adiel and I stayed in touch and he was always very kind to me. So when I decided to look at the new Omega Speedmaster, I immediately thought of him and how nice and professional he always was. I went in to see him, we looked at the different references, and I chose the model I loved. His knowledge, expertise and patience really helped me choose the one that best suited me and I cannot thank him enough. Too often salespeople overlook potential customers when they cannot close an immediate sale. Adiel is not like that, he is about relationships, and that benefits everyone. If you are in Miami and you want an honest, professional and friendly salesperson in the watch and jewelry business, you should go see him.

We visited yesterday and had a great experience in the Miami International Mall store! Keidy was very knowledgeable when it came to watches and helped my wife with some ring options.
