A huge selection of Cuban artists, with really incredible work. Has parking in the building but parking in the surrounding area is not that hard. If you are interested in Cuban art this is the place

El Espacio 23 is the home of the Perez collection of the games Perez art museum. This space is in an off location about 10 miles from the Museum. Defitnetly worth the visit. I just happened to be there on an day that new work purchased was being unloaded to be catalogued. The current show is titled 'witness'. Check it out while the show is available.

El Espacio 23 is one of Miami's new treasures. It has a very great art collection, beautifully curated comprehensive exhibitions, lovely space. Not to be missed. I go there often and always take friends and visitors to view the new exhibitions. It is free and has the nicest staff.

A fantastic initiative for young artists

An amazing private museum/art collection. The Perez Collection is wide-reaching, but includes a focus on political and activist art works, as well as an international focus/voice. The space is gorgeous, and well defined, allowing the viewer to discover and explore each gallery and the work within as the architecture reveals itself.

Absolutely amazing space with incredible taste, great artists and great works. Mostly because it's a curated exhibition space which doesn't really happens with the also recently inaugurated neighbor Rubell "Museum" full of trophy artworks (great works but you know...)... You'll learn something new at El Espacio 23 and you unlikely learn anything at the Rubell's.

Love this Place. Free and great collection to see. A must if you are in Miami..

Great place to appreciate fine art

By far the best Nigerian food I have had. Friendly staff, but always call at least 30 minutes ahead of your arrival. Whenever we're in California, our first stop is always there. En route to China via LAX, my hubby took Uber to Veronica's and back to LAX. The best ever! Yum!

Magnificent space and collection! We have learned a lot from our conversations with docents. Definitely worth another visit.

Great off the beaten track Miami art find. Some really unique pieces. And it's FREE which is rare in Miami.
