From the moment you walk in it’s an amazing experience. My husband and I were googling for a good place to resize our rings. But once we got there we decided to get a whole new custom ring setting for my ring (I no longer used white gold). The prices were amazing and don’t get me started on the craftsmanship. He is a beast. I am so happy with my new setting I can’t stop looking at it! Please don’t look anywhere else. They were sweet, straightforward and fast. We are only going to them from now on. Update: a year later! Came in with an idea for a new wedding band and he brought it to life! It has both of my children’s name engraved next to their birthstone inside my wedding band. I now have two custom pieces and I am seriously obsessed! Don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

After visiting another shop saying that they had to ruin and cut my chain keep it for a week and make me a new piece in order to "fix it". I came in spoke to the jeweler as one last desperate attempt for a second opinion. They fixed my chain charged me a reasonable price on the same day. I didn't have to wait too long. They did a fantastic Job. It was worth the drive finding such honest professionals !!!

I needed to resize my ring and everyone I called said it would take two weeks, I finally found oro factory and they were soo pleasant. He told me he can do it in about one day. He made the process so streamlined and easy for me. He even told me if I couldn’t make it and would be late or come after closing he can accommodate. When I got my ring back it was flawless and he cleaned it and everything. I couldn’t recommend a better place 10/10 . I will only be coming here .

By far the best jewelry store I could have found. I had a necklace from my grandmother that passed away and took it to them to get it fixed. Unfortunately it did not last long when they fixed it which the jeweler notified me of this but he did not give up. He melted it and turned it into a pendant. Now I am still able to have her close to my heart. Thank you ORO FACTORY you are truly the best !!!

The best experience ever my husband went to four different jewelry stores to fix my wedding band the way I wanted it and all four said no he went to auto factory as a last resort and they were able to do exactly what I wanted we should’ve went there first these people are so awesome the place is so inviting everyone that there was a delight and I ended up buying more than what I originally intended to go for I ended up walking out with a bracelet a few additions to other parts of my jewelry on top of fixing my ring and resizing it they treated me with such respect and as if I was part of their family as well this was the best experience I’ve ever had I would definitely recommend this business to everyone I know regardless if they’re in the Hialeah area or not !!!!!

Went for a simple watch battery replacement. Had a very pleasant experience. Watched them interact with other customers - was a repeat customer. Everyone was genuine and polite.

I called the Oro Factory seeking help repairing an old beloved silver teapot and Mayker exceeded our expectations at every level. He was very responsive to my inquiry and provided excellent service for my wife and I at the shop. Mayker repaired the teapot on the spot and even guaranteed the repair should it not hold. We'd also like to thank him for being so accommodating to us as well. We live over 3 hours away and we could only drop by their shop while passing through on one day during the week. It was huge relief to finally find someone skilled enough to do the repair, and even more so do it promptly and flawlessly. Mayker and a very nice lady even offered my wife coffee or a glass of wine while she waited! Thanks again Mayker! We very highly recommend the Oro Factory. :)

These are the kindest jewelers in Miami! I went in to resize my engagement ring and they were sweet as can be. Super reasonably priced, beautiful selection of jewelry, and the vibes are IT. The jeweler resized my ring on the spot, his wife made cuban coffee and shared with me, and we had a wonderful conversation about my engagement and how special love is. The energy is warm, kind, inviting. You can tell they are honest and hardworking people. These are the kinds of small businesses I love supporting. They also have an adorable dog named Asere 🤣🤍 it’s just perfect Miami vibes in there. I will be back for anything I need jewel-wise! These people have my heart and my business 🥰

Now for Christmas my family ready and in for a surprise with the gorgeous outcome of custom pieces I put in layaway very convenient for the holidays which I just picked up today and absolutely love, and they give good prices too. Exceptional! We were recently engaged and we needed to resize the ring. The staff at Oro Factory remove the unease of entering a jewelers shop within one discussion. The owner is a straight-shooter and at no point did we feel were being taken advantage of given our predicament. They made a process that can be nerve-wrecking to one that was seamless.
