Food was clean and holistic. I was more than satisfied by making this my stop during my lunch break. My body feels good after eating the food here. Instead of the greasy and slouchy after effect that I get from most fast food options I can honestly say I feel energized.

Tons of vegan desserts all made from scratch, such wonderful creative recipes all developed by the owner, Donald. Lots of main dish options for vegans! He is very personable will even give you a taste of something out of the oven or his latest creation.

my partner and i went there today for the first time. not only was the food amazing and delicious (i had the harmless burger and they had the teriyaki stir fry) but the owner Donald was fantastic. he was so sweet and gave us so many things to taste and try. he checked up on us throughout and took care of us. amazing place, 10/10 would go again. can’t wait to try all their foods.

The food and the experience me and my partner had here were amazing! The owner Donald was very sweet and made us feel really welcomed. It honestly felt like we were at someone's house having dinner and the experience here definitely made my day a lot better! If you're thinking about stopping here for something to eat i would definitely recommend it!

Wowzers, what a delicious restaurant featuring lovely homemade, healthy food. We were greeted by Donald, the mastermind behind converting traditional Cuban fare to healthy replicas. We got the Pecan-dillo, which was jaw dropping, and the dessert Empan-Nadas, which were also fantastic. It was a cute and cozy spot, and we'll happily be back.

I came across this spot because it’s close to my work. I’ve checked their menu and gave them a try. The physical location is okay but it might be better to take out. Their dishes were delicious: I ordered the meatless loaf, the harmless burger and the banana & avocado pie. Everything was tasty. Service was fine, the owner is sociable and kind. The ambiance was so so, again it’s more of a no frill establishment but if you just want healthy vegan food and non-vegan food options in the Hialeah area, this place is where you need to support. :)

I had the hamless burger with added ingredients and sweet potato fries. It was great! The key lime empanada was different from traditional empanadas, but delicious! The owner is very sweet and accommodating.

Small place very close to the airport, good tasty healthy fresh food. I had a quinoa burger and a salad with an avocado key lime tart. Donald was very welcoming and I even got given a mango lollipop while I was waiting for my food. Will be back when I'm around the area!

A hidden gem! Wow, wow, wow! Sooo good! I was in the area and typed “organic food near me” and I found this place and boy am I so glad I found it! I was instantly greeted by Donald, the owner of the place and he was so kind and delightful. He immediately asked if I ever heard of or had picadillo and told me about his pecandillo. Don’t tell mama but his pecandillo was better than the picadillo my mom and grandma would make it. It was sooo good! And so perfect because I recently cut red meat out of my diet. He then had me try these frozen chocolates. One with coconut cream filling and the other with mango filling. The mango tasted good but was a weird combo for me. The one with coconut cream had a nutty taste to it which I liked. Then to top it off he had me try his signature Nada Empanada, a frozen date, almond, orange pocket filled with my choice of triple berry and oh my god! You definitely can’t leave the place without buying one! Sooo good! I will definitely be coming back for the pecandillo (don’t tell mama lol) and definitely coming back for the Nada Empanada! 😋 Thank you Donald for such a great and welcoming experience and and absolutely incredible tasting food!

This is definitely if not most one of the most healthiest places in town. Donald and his staff always make sure to give you just enough protein,veggies and carbs. Not only is most of his food gluten and dairy free but he has organic chicken and an alternative plant based chicken for vegans!! I have been coming pretty often when i don’t have time to meal prep at home. He opened not too long ago and I can’t wait to see how much their restaurant will grow in the next year. I was looking for a place to eat and came across this gem in the middle of Hialeah. Seemed a good healthy option, but I would never thought it would be this amazing experience. Donald welcomed me and explained the concept as well as the menu and how they are prepared. Very detailed and friendly, the food is simple amazing. Great choice for anyone wanting fresh, healthy and flavourful meals. A must around here. Coming back for sure

The Quinoa Connection is a Great place to buy healthy organic food. I just tried their 3 bean chili and Pecandillo- their version of Picadillo, pecans replaced the beef in this Cuban dish. Both dishes were terrific. I topped the food off with a drink, a local kombucha which was also excellent. The owner Don is very engaging and knowledgeable about the food. You have to try this place. From a foodie.

Simply mind-blowing. The whole experience was great, Donald's service was outstanding. Probably the healthiest yet most satisfying meal we've had in a very long time. Had to take a mango sandwich home, simply irresistible

I’ve tried their chicken curry, chicken teriyaki and turkey burger. The turkey burger is made with a pretzel bun and this tasty chipotle sauce absolutely loved. The Teriyaki bowl was incredible! Lightly sweet, and filled with tons of veggies. They have all been incredibly tasty. The owner takes his time to make each meal is as tasty and nutritious as possible. If you are in Hialeah and want something healthy I recommend stopping in and supporting a small local spot. Black gold chocolate with goji berries. Very rich and taste amazing
