Our waiters Patrica was the best. All her recommendations were on point. Love the decor of this place, the Dj was great, however the music could be a little lower. Definitely coming again.

Judith was the best and the food was delicious. The only reason why I’m only giving one star is because they have a very toxic environment for their employees pushing them so hard to get reviews. I saw servers not moving from the table until people filled out the review and also filling out the reviews themselves. I was wondering how in the world this place had this many reviews and that explains it all. Reviews are supposed to be based on experience and the person should have the freedom to write a review only if they feel like it.

Everything was delicious!! Ceviche was fresh and amazing! The restaurant was busy but the service was impeccable. The decor is beautiful and the music, don’t even get my started! Loved the vibe!! Patricia was our server and was the best! She was attentive and I can tell that she really knew her menu. My husband and I loved our date night. First time here but will be adding this place to our rotation!

We had lunch here since it was highly recommended by my Peruvian sister in law. I'm so glad that we tried this place because the food was really tasty. We were unfamiliar with the cuisine but the waiter made some great recommendations. My husband ordered the civiche and said that it was flavorful. The portions were a good size and everything was cooked and seasoned well. The prices were reasonable and the staff was attentive. We definitely plan on returning!

Awesome experience as always. Personally Cviche 105 is the best Peruvian Restaurant I’ve been in Miami. The service is excellent and today I was with a group of friends in the Dadeland venue and Nicolas made our visit a pleasure. He’s a very professional person and knowledgeable in his work. I recommend going there and asking for him.

Came for lunch to celebrate my dads birthday and we had a great time. Our service was excellent, food was high quality and large portions and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. We had multiple plates, drinks and dessert and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Truly great dining and can’t wait to return!

Best meal and service in years. Fantastic staff, very attentive but not excessive. The food is a work of art and unique. Wonderful indoor/outdoor vibe. There are childrens meals to choose from, they are not on the menu. Very accommodating for kids and strollers. Their seafood risotto and sushi are absolutely worth returning for.

CVI.CHE 105 was a relaxing Friday night vibe with good food on the edge of dadeland mall. The service was excellent, and the managers were very attentive and checking tables and making sure customers were taken care of. I think we had someone new but she was still very good. The food was outstanding and the portions were surprisingly large. I ordered the trio ceviche and I did not need to order anything else! It was fresh and delicious and spicy. The drinks were very refreshing. A nice red Sangria and orangy, mint, cucumber and cool vodka concoction. The dessert was to die for. The coffee afterwards was “eh”, and had zero flavor or kick but everything else was great. Atmosphere was fun and music was not too loud either. We will be back to try more food!!

Outstanding!! The very best service by Ariana, she helped us navigate through the menu and was very knowledgeable with every single item in the menu. The food was out of this world! The best ceviche I’ve ever have. Definitely recommend. Cannot wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

The food was delicious the I would absolutely eat here again. It such a beautiful restaurant I recommend you eat outside with the fresh air because it’s a beautiful scenery with all the plants and flowers. If you like Ceviche I would recommend you go here it’s the best of the best.

CVI.Che105 is a a great dining location. The food was a 10/10 as was the ambiance and service. Jennifer, was our server and she was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs and requests. We celebrated my fathers birthday today and the server was amazing. Her name was Claudia. She explained many of the dishes with so much detail and passion that made me want to try them all. All our dishes were delicious. I am definitely coming back again.

The overall experience of this restaurant is spectacular. The staff is extremely attentive and very knowledgeable of the entire menu. They gave great recommendations. As soon as we walked in a server was at our table with in 1 minute. The food came out very quick, especially with how full the restaurant was. All of the food was as fresh as could be. I have been to all of the locations and they are all decorated beautifully and have great staff.

Love this place. Everything I’ve ever had here is great. Better than any good I ever ate in Peru. The fried snapper, fried shrimp, and tostones with avocado salad was a joy to eat. Claudia was a great hostess. Will be back soon.

The restaurant is delicious and has a great variety of dishes. I was attended by Alejandro Chacon who gave me an excellent service, he es pretty gentle and has a really good knowledge of the menu, so he can provide excellent and delicious suggestions. Alejandro was excellent and I will came back and ask yo be attended by him.

We went there for a friends moving out of town dinner, few of my friends were already there, we got seated right away. We started with couple of appetizers for the table and drinks, which were really good. I got the Pisco sour classic, and most of my friends did too, the server was was very attentive and on top of the table. This was my first time visiting ceviche 105 and the food did not disappoint me at all. I honestly like the food more than my favorite Peruvian restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place for birthday dinners get together.

Been coming here for a while and food never disappoints. I want to say our waiter Miguel was just beyond great service. He told us about new menu items that we didn’t know about and was very knowledgeable. I love this place aesthetic and ambiance.

I had an excellent experience celebrating my sister's birthday here. Miguel our waiter was incredible, extremely knowledgeable and knows a lot about Venezuela rums. I'm very pleased with this facility and I will be certainly returning from my own birthday. Thank you for a great experience !!

Really nice experience. The server Claudia went far and beyond to make us feel welcome. She knew really well the menu and made really good recommendations for us. Food was awesome we had the pictured sample dish (little pricey tho) but we really enjoyed and a jalea. Both awesome in taste and presentation. Lastly a muse de lúcuma also really good. Only downside it’s price but I guess that’s how everything it’s now days.

My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday night and it was such a great time. We've been here before but have never been treated with such attentive service the way our waitress Claudia did. Please acknowledge that you have such great staff but aside from that she was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ask about my allergies, the daily specials and sit down and explain the menu to us. The drinks were amazing... again recommended by Claudia and the food as always was delicious. Not the first time I come and won't be the last thank you Ceviche 105 and thank you Claudia!

Amazing experience here tonight. Our server Judith M and manager Luis truly made us feel so special and helped us make the best decisions with our meals. I highly recommend their soup and their octopus. Coming back 1000000%!!!! Love the atmosphere and the music too!!

Honestly, seeing this place right outside of a mall, I had my doubts- but great food and vibe. I had a menu special and it was so filling and delicious. They also had a small, but good wine selection. I appreciated seeing Albariño on the menu by the glass. Walter was a great server! Great experience all around.

Ceviche is my favorite food, and this was my first time here. Pretty much this is the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant and it's all because of Samantha, who was not only kind and courteous but was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome and at home. Truly, the comfortable experience made the food taste even better. But the food was amazing as well. Thank you to the chefs, and thank you again Samantha for the lovely night. Wow, what a place. The ambience and service were on point, with the servers really caring for you. They took the time to explain the different dishes to our group. The interior was also so unique, a feast for the eyes! The food left nothing to be desired. The ceviche obviously was the star. Get the appetizer sampler that has all these different delicious ceviche to try. You won’t be disappointed. Another highlight was the octopus which was just so tender. You really can’t go wrong. Just be ready to splurge though :)
