Workers received provincial rates with their salary but Jollibee charge customers in regular national price. Congress should take actions for unfair labor practice. They have good staff. Clean restrooms

I added sarsi float to my C2 then my iced tea was gone. It was not an upgrade cause the price of the float is still same.

A little bit slow on the takeout and drive thru. Service needs improvemwnt like there is no straws provided for take out and when we aaked for the attendant did not took it graciously,instead blame the other crew for it.The area is accesible but there are few beggars roaming around.

We went for a drive thru. May I suggest repair of the side road going up the drive thru.

I ordered breakfast meal but told to wait for 10 minutes since they need to cook the egg.

First of all I should mention that I'm not really a fan of fast food and I think that other fast food chains are better than Jollibee. But the Jollibee in Norzagaray is definitely one of the better ones. The deep fried chicken was done well, the meat was not dry and the taste was good. The staff is friendly and the restaurant looks still nice. When we visited the Jollibee in Norzagaray (June 2022) the restaurant was 7 months young. I already made bad experience with Jollibee restaurants, for example in Santa Rosa. There the whole restaurant had a stench of old, rancid frying oil. That was really ewwww. But the one in Norzagaray is totally okay. So if you like fast food then don't hesitate to go there. You will not get disappointed.

Base on my own experience, I ordered just recently and it was crowded (for take out). I waited for about 15min (I left and came back still waited) and since they dont give copy of receipt to customers, I already kinda forgot our order. They collected it and handed over to us. When we got home, 1 meal and pie were missing. They dont check the receipt one by one before giving the take out orders to the customers.

So far, this branch offered the fastest dining experience and remarkable fast food service
