Beautiful and clean facility. The building is actually a house that is converted into and used as a therapy facility so it's a more comfortable vibe than your typical "sterile" feeling ambience. I had an evening appointment for a massage. I arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes. This was the 1st time I've ever had a massage where I got onto a cold massage table (no heating pads or heating blanket). There was a blanket but it was light & part of the relaxing experience IS getting onto a warm table, eapecially in February. The therapist did plug in a heating pad, AFTER I was under the blanket, however, I never truly felt the heat so I'm not sure where the pad was located. The music was an odd & loud choice as well. A lot of strong male vocals songs that I might listen to in a coffee house but not while I'm in a spa setting. The music was NOT conducive to letting my mind stop thinking and enjoying the hour, but it wasn't terrible. I'm just not used to that in this type of environment. Some people might like it. The therapist was good and polite. I'm not sure if I would go back simply because the price is more than many places that offer heated massage tables for comparable massage therapy. It wasn't terrible though. I'm speaking as someone who has patronized upscale spas & received experiences of greater value for less money than I spent for this 50 minute appointment here.

When I was prescribed medical massage for lower back issues, I was nervous about finding a masseuse who wouldn't make the problems worse by kneading into the problem areas, overstretching, etc. From the first massage with Ed here, I felt confident, comfortable, and rejuvenated. He is communicative and knows what to do and not to do for injuries. We have talked about a long-term plan to slowly build mobility and strength. I am is significantly less pain on the daily thanks to massages here and look forward to them each week. Thank you, Ed, and the staff at PJ Therapeutic Massage!

Got a prenatal massage done here & the therapist was very friendly. Overall good experience.

Have been here a few times and loved the massage. My wife and I go a few times a year and have been for plenty of massages, however, this time was not good seems like new staff. Both massage therapists didn’t seem to know what they were doing. My wife said hers was painful and will not be going back. So disappointed... bc we loved it in the past.

The front desk doesn't seem serious or interested in customers. I called and was assured that they accept NF. I provided all the information and was told that they would call me back with the details and time of the appoitment. I never received a call and called back myself a few days later. This time at the front desk they told me that they don't work with NF. Wouldn't recommend if you care about your time…

So I have been coming here every week since January 2nd 2021. Out of my 12-20massages(I forgot how many I have gotten) all of them have been amazing. I’m 18 years old and big into sports and weightlifting and I put my body through the ringer day in and day out. Hands down best place. If your going to physical therapy for rehabbing an injury, I recommend coming here to try a sports massage to help. After just 3-6 sessions my chronic injuries are healed. Don’t have enough good things to say.

The staff are very professional and friendly. The place is immaculate. Despite the fact that the services listed are therapeutic massage the rooms are very cozy and do not have a clinical feel like other places. I have seen most of the massage therapists and every session the attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching and massaging based on what’s needed in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better is amazing. Great service and very accommodating! I will be returning on a regular basis.

Where do I even begin?? From the moment you walk in you can feel the level of professionalism as you are greeted at the front desk. The actual office is so beautifully designed and decorated which gives a true spa experience as opposed to a "medical massage" feeling. I have been going here for over a year and have seen all of the therapists. Every massage I have gotten (and trust me, I have gotten a lot), leaves me feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles. The therapists are true professionals who are masters at their craft. Hurry and schedule your appointments....before I take them all! :)

Bad experience..this place placed a unauthorized charge onto my credit card $189 months later after paying my co payment. They approved my nyship insurance and doctors prescription for a medical massage then had me fill out and sign lots of paperwork with fine print so they can justify fraud in my opinion. They charged my insurance $390 ! For a so so 45 back rub massage which is a disgrace in itself. I had no resolution with talking to them directly, just the insurance blame game and read the fine print stuff. Do not go here unless you do self pay, port Jeff station has a bad reputation overall and this place is not different, even I it is clean.
