I'm so glad I found this place! I tried out the new student 3 class pass, and even before I took that 3rd class I knew I wanted to come back for more, so about a month ago I took the plunge with an unlimited monthly membership. If you go multiple times a week, it's worth it! The space is clean, bright and beautiful. The front desk staff are welcoming and just lovely people. There's a space at the front to leave jackets and shoes. There are bathrooms and showers, lockers and changing room, water fountain for water bottle refills, and dedicated rooms for the various types of classes offered. I came for the yoga, but have also started taking barre and want to try pilates to help round out my practice. I love that they offer these classes too - makes it convenient. The instructors I've tried so far have been great, and I already have my favorites, whose approaches/styles work best for me. Oh and they offer free hot chai tea, so I always get a little cup of it after each class. Such a nice touch! Overall a wonderful space with wonderful people. Looking forward to continued learning and growth there.

I'll always come here because my favorite teacher, Wesley, teaches only here. The staff and facilities are wonderful. I only wish it weren't a full *ten dollars more* per class than other quality Queens studios. Thirty bucks is more than some Manhattan studios -- and $5 (!) for mat rental frankly feels like a ripoff. But I know yoga costs money, and teachers need to be fairly paid. My only hope is that they bring back the union discount, which was a mainstay of yoga studios for decades here in NYC.

The Yoga Room is truly a happy place! I’m so grateful for all the classes and instructors who are full of knowledge and always educate us. All the staff is so kind and they make you feel like home. It is life changing, the atmosphere and energy are so positive here and I happily come back every time. I’m fortunate to have this studio so close to my home. Thank you TYR!

Been with the yoga room for almost 20 years. The studio has been filled with energy and fun, combined yoga and pilate classes, great for whoever searching physical and spiritual growths.

My first ever hot yoga class and it was life altering. Everyone is very friendly, the studios and common areas are impeccably clean. Right near the Steinway R stop.

I am so happy to take the class at this institution. They are really good 👍, teachers are very good and they have been very helpful. Price beat others' institutions.

This studio has been truly been life-changing for me. Both my body and mental health have improved so much since coming here consistently every week. I’ve never been able to stick to a studio (or workout routine) for this long and wouldn’t be able to if it wasn’t for the amazing space, variety of classes, great instructors, and affordability. I work a crazy schedule and really appreciate the later night classes offered during the week!

We were late by 2min and we were told we couldn’t be allowed in despite their policy saying there’s a 5min grace period.

I been doing yoga over 10 years this is my favorite place love this place feel like a spa. So many classes to offer.

all of the instructors are amazing but Veronica's class sends me. Candles, incense, thoughtful reflection, music, and different techniques to restore like tapping meridians, using accupressure. all practices and suggestions that have changed my life already!
