I got my service done by Dana and she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and super sweet. She took her time and was very understanding. I will definitely be going back for more visits with her. She is who I started with for first Brazilian and I was scared but she was just so gentle and put my mind at ease. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and when it was going to be a little uncomfortable, and to take a deep breath. Sandra is kind, caring and professional. She makes you feel immediately comfortable. It feels like you’ve known her for years and she always has your best interest in mind. For instance, I was pregnant and she made me aware that I should not put the serum on due to my pregnancy. I highly recommend booking your next appointment with her!

I went for a Brazilian wax with Des and she was so good to me!! I hadn’t been keeping up with waxing and was shaving in the interim (a big no-no, I know 🙈) so Des was up against a tough job. She made it as painless as possible and was very thorough! And we chatted the whole time which made the experience more pleasant. Thank you!! I will be back 😁

I’m very happy with my waxing! I got my eyebrows waxed and my tech Liliana was absolutely amazing! I’m transgender female to male, and I wanted my eyebrows to look more masculine, and she definitely got my eyebrows down pat!!! This was hands down the best experience with waxing I’ve ever had! I went to European Wax Center in Patchogue for the first time yesterday. It was the first time in a very long time getting my eyebrows done and the very first time ever getting a full face wax. I was very nervous but Nina made it such a pleasant and amazing experience! I've always been super embarrassed about the very bad, very noticeable facial hair I unfortunately have and have always shaved it for the last 20+ yrs. I finally took the plunge and went to get waxed... I was even really embarrassed to show them what I needed done but Nina put my mind at ease and made conversation the entire time, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was amazing and did such an amazing job that for the first time ever I walked out of there feeling more confident and like i could really show my face without people staring at my beard and mustache. Gianna is a great wax Specialist. When I book I normally book with anyone that’s available for my time slot but I got Gianna for the second time in a row. She’s extremely thorough, fast and get every bit of hair. I never feel rushed out the door. She’s a great conversationalist too, that help the process feel like it’s go by faster.
