Bad Customer service, I went there looking for the New Cold brew, and when I went to order it and the worker knew nothing about what I was ordering! Finally got it and when I got to the window. they acted like I was annoying them. And I also noticed that they weren't wearing masks!! When I got my coffee it wasn't at all what I ordered, after I explained it to them. Got treated like I was an inconvenience and also was very rude. Won't be going back to this location!

Everytime i order there my drink is perfect, I often times order ahead on the app and it's always ready when i pick it up. The three young nice guys working at 5.30pm on 3/16 were all so nice and wonderful, I only ordered ice cream but they were so helpful with my order and efficient.

Had to get a large order for my office, while I sat in the parking lot dreading the big order... to my amazement the staff in there was so nice and friendly when I told them what I needed and made sure I got everything so I didn't get roasted back at the office. Only coffee roasts. Love this place and everyone who works there. Thanks Dunkin' you rock!

Just your typical Dunkin Donuts. Hit or miss, nothing special. It does have a drive-thru... Had to take a photo of my hash brown orders.... is it half full or half empty? "Slumpin' Donuts"

Courteous staff and fast service. Dining in isn't available right now because of the pandemic, but their drive-thru service is fast. The donuts are baked fresh on the premises, not delivered like in satellite stores. Gotta go now and get my Dunkin Donuts fix😃

Service is average speed. But they don't know how to make drinks. Of all the times I've been there they've gotten the order right one or two times. Never had this problem at any other Dunkin.

This place almost turned me off of coffee it was that bad. The coffee tasted like dishwater, and they never have Any donuts in stock. Tried to stand by the register to complain about my coffee but the workers were too busy fooling around so I threw it out and left. Waste of almost $5!

Multiple times now they never give me a full order when I order thru the app. I have always have to park my car and go inside and tell them what they forgot to give me. And when I ask them the order is on the receipt when I place it on the app they say they threw it out. Like seriously complete the order first then throw it out.

I have been coming to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts for years. I don’t typically write reviews on companies, but the two gentleman that served me today were such a pleasure to deal with that i figured i’d have to leave a review for them. They were so helpful, polite and just genuinely caring for the customers it was incredible to see. I asked one of them if they were the manager i believe his name was Brian and he informed me he was not, but the way he was running the store made me think why wouldn’t this kid be one ? There was no other manager in the store for me to relay this to but nevertheless great experience great coffee and excellent workers behind the counter!! 5 Stars everyday of the week with these guys running the store. As I did stop coming to this store for awhile because of a bad experience I had in the past. You guys earned me back as a customer today! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

What's not to love.....frozen mocha coffee and doughnuts....yum. Isn't what America runs on?..lol

I go here almost everyday and it’s the only dunkin that my drink is the same every time. Fast service as well!
