I got the last of the Almond milk, thankfully! So glad I was able to get my hot chocolate! I really needed it today! ☺ 😎

I came into this store a few days ago, I have a dairy allergy, so I ordered a dairy free milk in my latte. I went to take a sip and it was regular milk. I told the barista nicely and he called me a liar there was in fact soy milk. I hate having to make baristas go out of their way to remake a drink, I’m a quiet person. But I’m allergic to dairy. And to be called a liar by a Sbux partner is disappointing. 😥

Overall amazing experience the barista savanna was helpful and knew what she was talking about. Looking forward to seeing her next time I go

Ordered a coffee today and waited over 20 minutes for it. When I approached the counter to ask what was taking so long. They explained to me that the coffee pickup area is different from the mobile pick up area and that I was sitting in the wrong area. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that does it this way. The coffee pick up station is on the opposite end of the bar as mobile pick up. They were rude to me when explaining this. Doesn’t make sense that there are two separate areas to pick up coffee. I could not hear the person calling out my name because it’s on the other side. Horrible service! Learn how to speak to customers!

The drink was made well, sort of decent service.

Even though this location was VERY busy, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I use to love this store intill the new manager. I get a caramel frap and now the new manager does not let them put the caramel in the way I ask. Starbucks has a policy customize your own drink this manager says no. I used to go everyday but due to the new manager I dont even want to go into store anymore

If I could give me experience today a 0 I would. We came in on 10/15 at 115 the staff had a paper sign on the door that said sorry we’re closed written in sharpie but we saw people inside so thought we should ask and they could barely be bothered to answer they said no we’re open we were like oh okay there’s a sign that says your closed and they completely ignored us. The girl with the brown hair who rung us up was fine and helpful the other two I watched talk negatively about us and other customers that came and went. Saying if there’s a sign that says closed why would you come in and laughing when they were very much open…they used a dirty shaker cup to make my drink it had old dragon fruit pieces all in the bottom of my drink so we had to go back. All in all horrible experience and this is our local Starbucks that we frequent I’ve never had such a terrible experience with the staff everyone is normally very pleasant. The male behind the counter also said “well up Hers than” about the other customer who was patiently waiting for her drinks to be finished.

Quick service with a nice staff. This location was very clean.

This Starbucks is always busy...they are fast and efficient with their service. Staff is well trained. Coffee is always fresh and they have a nice selection of food

They greet you once you get into the store. One of the friendliest Starbucks I have visited.

I went to a select coffee tasting presentation. It was an amazing experience to I sample a few different examples of specialty coffee. Excellent turn out will be looking forward to the next event.

I have never had an issue here other than today. The cashier misheard my order so my drink was incorrect rather than apologizing or making a new one, I had to order and pay for a whole new drink. $14 for one coffee... Won't be coming back to this location although it is the closest to my house.

My regular Starbucks was undergoing renovations. Stopped here to meet up with a friend. The line was incredibly long, but moved fast. Our order came out as expected and the barista was nice and helpful. Not as big as the one in Independence Plaza, but you can still grab a seat/table and hang for a bit. I would go back. Would be awesome if they had a drive through though!

Drinks & coffee had no flavor. Way too much Ice. After returning my Java Chip Frap for having No flavor, the location also had No Oatmilk or Pumpkin Spice flavor, limiting the options. I'd recommend choosing a different location if you want starbucks.

Nice place to sit, relax and unwind. Ordered ahead and was ready when I arrived. Great caramel macchiato, also had double smoked, bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich (tasty).

They are super fast I ordered a peppermint Java chip mocha Ariana grande and 12 other items and I get to the window and it’s all ready also very nice employees …. I meant peppermint Java chip mocha !!!!

Their always so fast and really nice plus their coffee is amazing always. Love this location

Sometimes the baristas are not in the mood. You never know who’s gonna help you so I’m not thrilled every time I go. There’s not drive through. So be aware of that

Great customer service. Specially cant forget to mention Mario at this location. Always welcoming. Keep up the great work guys !!

Give this drink a shot! Always get your coffee upside down. Staff is so friendly, coffee is always on point.
