Scheduled appointment online but it would not accept insurance co. (Medicare) for my parent. There's NO number that you can call and speak to a live person. WHY list a phone number which states "person you're trying to reach does Not have a v.m. box that has been set up!" Frustrating, and definitely needs improvement!

I've been trying to get tested at the location in Center moriches without avail since I've gone down to the lab for 2 days only to find it closed. There is no notice on the door and it is impossible to talk to anybody on the phone. I've have severe bladder infection and 3rd stage kidney (which has gotten worse) My kidney doctor won't try to fit me in with his very busy schedule unless he gets my test results. My kidneys can fail!!! Is this anyway to treat a client? What the hell is going on? My blood tests are not non essential.

I just went to get blood work for my almost two year old as requested from my doctor. The woman who took his blood was amazing and we were out in 10 minutes. It would have been less if I hadn’t forgotten the paper in the car. I was prepared with videos and a lollipop in case things went south but she made the experience so easy, they weren’t really necessary. I wish I had asked her name so I could mention it here. I was so nervous and I’m so glad we got her! It was great!

If I could have given quest minus a star I would have. They charge for tests not ordered by your physician and make you pay for them since they are considered frivolous tests by the physician. I will never ever go to quest lab again. I would consider legal action but will report them to the consumer protection board.

Most unprofessional place I've ever been. Tried to drop off important own samples for them to just receive and the doctor told me I need an appointment and slammed the door in my face.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. You can literally sit there an hour trying to get help and nobody comes out. When they finally do, they don’t know anything. You also can’t get a person on the phone. Ridiculous.

All of the women that work at this location are extremely kind and accommodating. For anyone with a debilitating phobia of getting their blood drawn... Tammy was excellent in making the process smooth, quick, and as least scary as possible for someone that dreads getting a routine blood draw. I have been to a few different Quests and this one in particular was exceptionally clean. Definitely will be returning to this location in the future as it felt like a safe space and the wait time was 5 min for a walk in. Can't say enough great things about this place!!

Awful staff! Staff has bad attitudes to its clients. Walk-in nope I walked out!!!

Went here the other day for the first time at this particular location and had a great experience. The phlebotomist was patient and kind. Made my appointment online a few days in advance, all parts of the process went quick and seamless.

Close to home ,the nurses are good people!
