The fact that I have been standing here now for 15 minutes for someone to come up and take my order is horrible customer service. I’m confused on why my order still hasn’t been taken. I had to ask for a manager and this took time coming up to assist me. The gentleman finally came up to assist me and advise me. The managers name is Tonya. I don’t appreciate the treatment and would not recommend this restaurant. They have gotten orders wrong and customers are still waiting for orders to get corrected. This restaurant is not suitable. I will never return here and I am a truck driver.

Burger uncooked, didn't even know this was possible at a McDonald's. Literally raw! Fries disgusting cold and old; even though I watched them just take fresh fries out. Used the mobile app and still took just as long as if I would of walked upto the counter. Place was dirty, servicers are not clean or friendly. They had 2 guest on computers, one man and a kid and at least 3 staff members on duty. THANK FOR THE WORST FOOD I EVER HAD FROM MCDONALD'S. One bite and in the trash.

Traveling through the area. Stopped for gas and breakfast. Ordered for our 5 person family. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we finally got it. Just after getting back on I75 realized that ALL 6 breakfast burritos were missing! Hope someone there enjoyed the breakfast I paid for. 🤬

Customer service awful. Went by at dinner then 2 am. Both shifts awful. They only had 2 ppl working when i called in the store to see the issue. ( sat in drive threw 20 min. Only 1 car left with food mind u.)MOD said it was 2 of them in there. Another employee came outside with the drive threw full to talk to someone the entire time. Very sketchy place. Been there hundreds of times and it only has gotten worse. Would not recommend this Mcdonalds.

I customized my latte, no syrup with 2 extra shot , and after 10 min of waiting I got regular one , I asked to exchange to my oder , and she did it , and said me its my oder , but latte was totally wight , and when I asked - is she sure it's my oder , with two extra shot - I got - o my God, yes it is , but it was only milk . Attitude and atmosphere is terrible, I just left without asking my money back

I was on my way from Ohio to Florida and stopped off for fuel at this location, and while I was here I figured I'd stop into the McDonald's that was attached since I wasn't sure when I was gonna pull over again considering I'm in a 26ft box truck with a car on a trailer on the back, the lady at the front counter got extremely snippy and rude with me because I was trying to let a guy go in front of me since technically he was in line in front of me but stepped out of line for a quick second to look at the menu better and then after that she didn't even have the change to be able to pay me exact change and didn't even offer to round up to the nearest cent instead just kinda told me and then stared at me, afterwards the drinks were wrong, and then I ordered 3 of the exact meal and somehow they gave me 3 different burgers 1 different for each meal, needless to say my next trip down here I won't be stopping here and my advice is if you can find a better alternative you should skip this place too.

Traveling thru on I75, we decided to go for McDonald first time after 2 years 😂 and OMG. This place is a dump! Order came out wrong, missing part of the order. Fries were cold, and burgers seemed undercooked on old buns. Waist of time and money. We trashed the food🤮

I got a quarter punder with cheese go lt bacon. Instead, the drink had low syrup, so it was so real carbonated, and 50% of my fries were hard and overcooked not even asking for fresh fries wount help.

My chicken sandwich was not plain, fries were cold & hard & the staff were hateful & downright rude. Wldn't recommend!
