smart hotel, best luxury comfort bed

If I could give them more than 5 stars then I would. I stayed here for 6 nights in February and it was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had. The staff were more than accommodating to mine and my fiances needs. I asked ahead of time if my fiance could come check in at the hotel first because I would still be flying and they allowed it and not only allowed it their free airport shuttle service brought her to pick me up at midnight from the airport. The van was new and very clean and the driver was an absolute stand up guy. He was nice, kind and helped with the bags the whole time. The front desk staff were all very approachable and kind. Especially Rina which is who I spoke to over their messaging service on Expedia. The hotel room was very modern and spacious for my stay. They have very nice and modern restrooms with beautiful showers and plenty of hot water. The rooms have every amenity that anyone could ever need including an airconditioner and a large smart TV but you wont need to watch it because there is a beautiful view of the canal especially at night. Their restaurant the "Cafe Sempre" had a great vibe with a great view of they city streets at night and offered a wide variety of different foods and meal options that were all absolutely delicious. I recommend the buttered chicken and spanish embutido. Those were my favorites, the chef and the whole kitchen staff really did a great job! The house keeping staff were also very quick to respond to any needs and questions that I had and really took care of my fiance and I. The hotel is right across thr street from a large mall as well, the Gaisano Mall and its in close proximity to the seaport if you want to go island hopping and if that isnt your thing then there is plenty near the hotel such as the Cebu Ocean park, Magellans cross and Sto. Ninos basillica, the Taoist temple, house of lechon, SM seaside mall and La Vie Perisienne just to name a few places. The hotel is also very well protected with security manning the entrance around the clock! If you are coming into Lapu Lapu or even Cebu this is definitely the hotel for you to stay at. Give them a try and you wont be dissatisfied.

This is our go to place whenever we land in Cebu. Great and fast service. Clean spaces and renovated bathroom. You can have breakfast from theircafe. Close to the airport and easy to visit other areas. I prefer the rooms not facing the street for better rest.

A decent smart hotel which is just under 10 minutes away from the airport. They have free transport to and from the airport too. Very convenient when you are flying out of cebu the next day. Check-in went smoothly as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. I just wish you get the option of having some privacy with the toilets. Maybe something you can pull down to cover the glass. Their restaurant is small but have a good selection of food although a little pricey. Also the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from McDonalds, Jollibee and a Gaisano mall. Perfect location at a reasonable price!

We stayed a couple of nights, everything went smoothly from airport shuttle pickup , check-in , breakfast.check out up to the airport dropoff. I am very satisfied with the price/value ratio of the place. The amenites were more than what we expected, the bed was extremely comfortable and the little things-charging ports, good balanced breakfast , great coffee made our stay very convenient., We had a wonderful experience every staff member we encountered from the drivers to the front desk , restaurant and housekeeping staff were delightful and kind. Thank You. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed one night here before our flight. This was a nice hotel. Free airport transfer to and from. Our room included free breakfast. The shuttle pickup was good. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The room incorporated technology with motorized curtains, touch screen display controlling the lights and AC. Communication from the hotel in the days prior was clear and helpful. The only negative is the poor noise insulation, so you can hear traffic, music as well as the other guests in the hallway.

We stayed only one night during a transfer because it's very close to the airport. The staff was super friendly and helped us take taxis to the center (expect 250php per way). There's plenty of sari sari around, and also a local shopping mall. They offer a free shuttle van, although starting at 6am. The rooms are new with everything controlled electrically. We couldn't have breakfast due to our early departure, but they offered a sandwich and juice instead. We'd probably come back in case of transfer and only one night.

Stayed here for 1 night. Free pick up at airport was very smooth and only 7 min to the hotel. Check-in went smooth as well. Room & bathroom was nice and clean. You arrange light/aircon/… with domotica. Early in the morning we heard some noice from the hallway and the curtains did not completely blacked the room out but I always bring my eyemask and earplugs, so it was fine. Our breakfast was included and it was a la carte. It was nice as well :-)

An ideal transit hotel. They provide a free shuttle (both ways) and the driver is easy to find. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is really nice before or after a long flight. A decent breakfast may (or may not) be included in your room rate. Best of all, the hotel is across the street from a mall (and convention center) so you can easily pick up a SIM card or change some money if you still do those sorts of things in 2023. You'll get some noise from the street, though, so ask for a room way up high and facing away from the road.

It's such a lovely hotel! Rooms are small (HK style small & very organomic), clean and well maintained. Free airport pick up and drop off is very efficient. Breakfast is tasty. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend updating the hallway carpets and reception area to give a better first impression. I will definitely stay here again.

Too expensive for what you get. The rooms are more modern than Ace Pension next door, but for twice the price it's not worth it. Ace has the free airport transfers and breakfast also. Their other competition is Mactan Pension which is a pit. Avoid that one at all costs.

The room standard and amenities are a plus. A nice view from the window. On the day of arrival, the elevator was out of order, requiring carrying luggage to the 4th floor. Cockroaches were present on the staircase. The lock on the door was broken, taking 5 minutes to open. The bathroom in the room is glass-enclosed. The neighborhood is not very pleasant, with many children begging.

Clean,Modern hotel with free airport shuttle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too. I would definitely stay here again.

Very bad hotel management especially the costumer service, I stayed here last November 22, 2023 just for layover.Upon checking inn, I paid Cash 💰, after I was settled in the small room,I checked my visa the full amount was already credited and informed the receptionist to take back my cash. Front desk kept insisting it’s not credited in my account the amount is on hold.Never pay cash to this Hotel because they won’t return your cash money.They have charged me twice credit card and Cash…room is very bad layout it’s difficult to go in and get out and no access for ironing.just enough for layover.Disappointing.
