I had a very small bag with my money and phone and some important ID and car keys inside my bag. I was not allowed to get inside since they only allow PHONES AND WALLET. Thier security guard is so extreme!!! No customer service to complain... Air conditioning system is terrible, Ventilation is terrible, they treat everybody as a thief since they profile people based on their clothes. I, personally, felt really terrible at this place. In addition, comfort room is so unhygienic. VERY TERRIBLE!!!

Location is strategic as it is located in the heart of Lapu-Lapu City, near the city market, churches, plaza, malls, and many stores. The place is air conditioned and the prices of all items are very affordable for the masses.

It was fun to shop there only if it's not weekend. The mall was packed with people and health protocols were sadly compromised. On the brighter side, it's amazing how their items are greater alternative and cheaper in price compared to the ones at the more well-known local malls. I'd gladly shop there again.

Everything you could want at low prices. The store is always crowded and the aisles are very narrow. It's hard to find things but the many employees are more than willing to help.

Christmas rush in Unitop...good place to buy Christmas decors and lights at low price..but no parking space for cars...Merry Christmas!!!

Great place to shop. But if you enter at the front you have to exit at the rear. Lots of very cheap - made in China - products there.

Good selection and prices can be excellent. Some obvious ones you'd expect them to sell though like laptop bags are shining on their non availability!
