My non smoking room smelled like a chimney. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Stuff was falling apart. We had two working lamps. Rust in the bathroom. I don't like that i was charged upfront instead of at checkout. TV was old and had poor quality. It looked fuzzy. Service wasn't great. They gave us 2 towels for a 4 person room. Toilet paper ran out and asked them to bring some by. They did not. Had to ask again when we got back to our room that night. Towels have stains and are small. While we were out the whole day no one came by for house keeping. Room was as we left it. The location is terrible and the people that wonder around are sketchy and loud. Banging on doors in the middle of the night. The whole motel reeks of pot.

I was given NO TOWELS for a 3 day stay. On the second day I asked for a roll of toilet paper and was denied. The old style box TV played only static. The furniture was sticky and smelt of smoke, but by far the worst was the roaches.

The service was ok but the rooms were run down. Old box TV's the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. They could use a major remodel and very soon

This location was horrendous. Everything was horrendous. The non smoking rooms we got were chimneys. All the furniture was older than I am. I am 41 years old. Supposed to have a microwave in the suite. Well, guess what? No microwave. We paid $85 for the suite. We stayed at another brand motel for $80 a night two days later and the difference was amazing. I also had to pay $2 more per room than the reservation stated. I showed the front desk person the reservation email confirmation and they still charged me the extra rate. If you want the Bates motel experience, this place is for you. To be fair though, I was informed this was a franchise location. I have stayed at other motel 6 locations and they were much better ( corporate locations I guess).

This hotel is full of cockroaches everywhere, freezer, bedroom drawers. Only two towels in a suite room. freezer does not work, toilet does not flush well, no kitchen appliances. If you can, then you should avoid this place. They will not refund you and also tell you can call the police. We file a dispute with our credit card company. Owner is a crook. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Update: Our credit card company fully refunded us. We left and stayed at another decent hotel nearby.

Poor quality towels and soap! No drink machine in the motel! Erica did her best to accommodate me, the housekeeping services was not on point! Poor quality of the room was lights, no morning call service, no radio in the room and too many big roaches and other bugs! I sanitize my own bed and spray the curtains down with faboloosa and laid carpet fresh on the carpet! I would not visit again!

The cascade motel, Albert's cabins, & the summer motel are 3 better choices! They are cleaner, better service, and more helpful. Less drug addicts hanging aroaround asking for money at them three places too. If I could have given this place -5 stars and left a comment I would have. This place is not worth 180$ a week. So if definitely not worth the 309.68$ they charged. And then they kept my change and swore that it was given back. You would be happier staying under a bridge. And it would probably be cleaner too!

I have many pics because pictures are self explanatory. The room flooded and all they never came back to check on the status. I had to move to another room and guess what they took half off so basically I paid for an all around waste of time oh yeah I used some of my own clothes to control the water and I also turned the water off from the value which I had no business doing I don't work for motel 6. The offer was for me to pay half for another day half off give me my money back man the room flooded I lost clothes plus still paid half for the next day too just to keep the peace. I'll help them out with my review, receipt, and pics. of this place there is no reason to lie about it they need help.

I don't understand that Motel chain charge for the convenience of your room. With that being said Jackson Heights should be charging a lot less does 60 or $40 for any room they have. I called about a weekly rental now keep in mind weekly rentals are usually $200 to $350 a week which is understandable for a convenient room. Jackson Heights however Chargers 310 a week now this is not a convenient price for the facts of there is no cable TV the Wi-Fi does not work the beds in the motel AR basically older than me and very much unkept.

This was the worst experience ever. There was dirty soap left in the shower which has a curtain filled with mold/mildew at the bottom. There were no amenities that were listed on the site what so ever. They couldn't give me a key upon arrival so i was told to come to the office or call if I had to leave the room for reentry. The door to the room looked as if it had been kicked in and wouldn't shut all the way at the bottom. The floors were dirty and there weren't any towels in the room. When I told the man in the front of the issues he gave me a fabreeze bottled that had a little bleach in it to spray the curtain and said someone would bring me towels and of course that didn't happen. It was the holiday so I was stranded in this horrible room and had to have my friend come sit with me the two days I was there at night because of the faulty door. I also ended up with some bug bites on my legs and arms. I used to stay at motel 6 quite frequently but this was my last stay. I couldn't even get them to refund my money so I could just return back to Atlanta instead of staying in that hole. I do have pictures of all the nasty stuff in the room for my records as well. You all definitely lost a loyal guest. That was the worst 120 I ever spent.

Where to begin, first there was blood on the curtains, burn holes in the sheets and comforters ( we were in a no smoking room), tv had no remote nor would it turn on, toilet ran all night and couldn’t get extra towels when I asked for them twice. Lobby was not very clean and had a stinky odor to it. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone nor will I ever stay there again!!!!

The first room to the right as u walk through the hallway from the lobby was where we stayed . It's n ♿ room but why I liked this room was bc there was a living room area separated from the bed room and a large bathroom with plenty of space. If u needed wheel chair accessibility then you would be happy with the modifications in this room. .
