It's the third time go come in their outlet to buy chairs and stools but unluckily for the first 2 visits the warehouse/stockroom was closed already. Well, I'm unfortunate enough on those occasions. On the second visit that I menationed, I already chose what to buy and those were listed by the staff there ans told me that they will inform me early in the morninf the following day but nobody give me the feedback if those I chose are avaible or not and until at about 3PM on that day that I decided to call to their office and after several try , at last somebody picked the phone up. Today, for the third time I came to finally buy and what I can buy but when I arrived, it took me 12 minutes to wait before their staff spoke with me. It would be just fine if I' dont have a lot of things to attend to. Finally, I get some of the things I need. Uratex is a part of our life considering its products' durability and dependability. I had visited this branch and bought stuffs for a couple of times already but their customer service needs improvements especially in the hotlines that they provided that needs dedicated personnel to answer, immediately.

Bought a new mem foam mattress. Super duper comfortable! Recommended if you want an excellent nights sleep. They have stock, whereas others are all orders and you must wait 15 days, ugh.

Some of the items are discounted (10%-30%), and lesser compared to malls. They customized matress.

Place was easy to find. The staff was very helpful and you can definitely try out the beds. Quite a lot of choices. Reasonably priced too.
