Dukes, the place to be on Friday nights. Fair drink prices, awesome Rum punch. excellent fish fry, had marlin and barracuda. Get all the fixings and sauces ! Look for the smoke for the best place in town!! (End of Dauphin and turn right)

A great place for fresh fish cooked on open BBQs as you watch. Lobster needs to be pre-ordered and then still dependent on supplies arriving. I had blue marlin steak and then lambi. My first time for lambi which was excellent. Not tough as some warned. Tasted like sweet fresh fish or lobster. All very reasonably priced and popular with locals and visitors. All washed down with rum punch as we watched the sun set. Saturday not as busy as Friday.

Go early, the line gets pretty long, but it moves quickly. They are a well oiled machine and the fish is worth the wait!

Dukes Place was AWESOME. I am only giving four stars instead of five because it would be nice to have the grilled fish (barracuda) without the bone. The lambi though. OH MY GOSH. You cannot beat that taste. Tender conch, grilled and seasoned to perfection is what I call it! I think they are only open on Fridays and Saturdays though. There is a guy there who sells drinks too. The mango was VERY GOOD. Wanna try the tamarind next. He even sells cake. I would definitely return!

Owned by a lovely Irish lady. Different logal grilled fish from the grill straight to your plate! Tasty and fresh. Great atmosphere by the beach!

Best place to get a good meal since I have been coming back home and very soon my husband will be trying. Every time I return it is my first stop and I think about it when I leave! Updated review coming soon

The grill Marlin was great, not much else was popping, when did plain rice and shredded cabbage became a meal with extra money for green fig salad, hence my 3 stars and the service was horrible!! Worst thing about eating out is when you're being served by workers with MAJOR attitude especially the ladies, very non-responsive with a lack of interest like you came begging!! MAKE you not enjoy your food the way you really should and definitely don't want to return!! I couldn't wait to get my food and leave, very bad impression for my 1st visit to St Lucia...🤨

Stunning!! Fresh fish off the grill with rice and salad. Friday and Saturday from noon. Tastes as good as it looks and plenty of it, three fillets per serving.

You can't go to Sainte-Lucia and miss the Friday night BBQ fish at Duke's...wow what a nice evening. The fish is just amazing and with all the bells and whistles. Don't be shy on the little sauce the add, I wish I would have asked for more on the rice and fish.

Went to this place for the first time!! Even though I'm from the island and visit every year! The line for food was a mile long, surprisingly, there were more visitors than locals. When we finally got our food, we couldn't believe it. This was the best tasting fish we'd ever had. It was grilled Marlin, never thought marlin could taste this good. It was topped with some kind of onion sauce. When I get back to Florida, I will definitely try to replicate the sauce. If you're ever in Gros Islet on a Friday night in St Lucia, please try this place and try not to bite your finger!

Great bbq fish at a very fair price. My wife and I had the fish and some drinks from duke's place during the Gros Islet Street party. We did have to wait just over an hour in line for the food but it was totally worth it since the food was delicious and you can always get drinks and chat with others while you wait in line. Overall, we spent about 80 ECD (approx 30 USD) for 2 people for food and drinks. If you're there for the street party on Friday, go to Duke's for food but go early (try before 7pm).

We had the freshly grilled tuna steaks with rice and salad plus the onion sauce. Delicious, but be prepared for a long wait in the evenings, it was around 30 minutes for us. It was 10 usd per person

There can be a long queue for the food, but when you try it fresh from the bbq, you understand why it's so popular. The marlin was probably the best fish I've ever eaten. Cafeteria type service and outdoor bench seating crowded with island visitors and locals alike. Makes for a great atmosphere on street party night. Go early evening if you want a shorter queue...

All of Duke's freshly grilled fish are seasoned to perfection. Add to it the garlic sauce...you'll keep going back every Friday.

Food was delicious, first time having conch. Beautiful ocean view. Open dining area was not the most pleasant, about 4 dogs walking around and one cat

Their meal plate is amazing. Fresh fish, fast service. It the kind of place where you see the locals line up. That tells you is good food at a good price. The lunch was so good that we went back the same day for dinner.

Duke’s was recommended to me, but to be honest I found it without realising this was the place; I was bamboozled by the huge queue of people waiting patiently. I asked a local and she said it was the best place to eat and she isn’t care about the wait. That was enough for me together with the queue. So I waited. And waited. The queue behind me continued to grow. This place doesn’t stop. When we got close to the front, we had to wait for a freshly grilled batch of barracuda to come off the grill. You can have your fish with rice or bread and salad and they offer a garlic sauce on the fish, which I was told by my family was delicious. My family ate every bit of it and plan to come back again! A must for Fish Friday visitors. Don’t worry about the queue, soak up the environment!

Great BBQ place with fresh fish. It's a bit in a random place, since on our way there there's nothing much to see / do, but anyway staying in Rodney Bay there's also nothing much so recommended to go. There's a bus that connects both sides of Rodney Bay and goes there.

I mean what can I say the fish taste good I have my favorite along side with the greenfig salad rice and that onion sauce .. whow... It's simple fresh and tasty the smokey fish grilled just right is mouth watering .. And you get to choose your fish 🐠🐟.ouu the local jucies are freshing .. For a simple everyday staple you cook at home this man Duke took this to another level.. it's a must try if your visiting the island . Butt it's open on Fridays n Saturday If you want to avoid the crowd come early and if you want greenfig salad too. And you get to have a seaview whist you dine... Nice place

Amazing bbq fish and conch, served with garlic rice and topped with an onion salsa. Can get very busy so prepare to queue! Highly recommend the mango chilli sauce on the side. ECD25 per portion and we’ll worth the detour from the all-inclusive!

My favorite place to get grilled fish. Wish they weren't only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Absolutely delicious! If you love grilled fish you cannot go wrong here.

The food is good. Lubi (conch) and fish is on point! The line was crazy long. But the food is worth it. So, wear shoes that you're comfortable standing in for an extended period of time and be prepared to eat some delicious food outside. 😋
