Retail assistants look as if they don’t want to be there, not a nice shopping experience at all for a supposedly high end store. Got a gift online for over €300 and it arrived in a black bin bag!! Nothing luxurious about it. They really need to step up their game. Go to BT in Dublin to see how it should be done.

Always enjoy visiting Brown Thomas. But for some reason I like the galway store more than the cork store. The atmosphere is a bit less welcoming. And the display and collection is a bites attractive. Only love a small part of it.

Sophie at the Le Labo stand in brown Thomas was absolutely amazing, completely passionate and professional there was no question that couldn't be answered, gave amazing recommendations around the board for myself, By far the best customer service I have experienced in Cork City.

A stunning store with top labelled products ,, lovely staff,,, not too impressed with restaurant,, kept waiting when clear to see tables were available for us maybe short staffed on particular day we visited,, food was nice we had the Fried Brie Sandwich which came with chips, Caesar Salad was lovely too.

Met a lovely young lady at the Mac counter this evening she was very polite and friendly and she knew straight away what I was looking for even though I couldn't find it myself she even applied the product for me I was well expressed I asked her what her name was and she told me her name was Lily Kent l left very happy with my purchase Thank-you

5 star service from Leanne in Bobbi Brown. She was warm, funny and put me at ease. She did my make up, explained all the products and why she was using them and recommended a gorgeous red lipstick and a skin tint that I have been living in since. Can't wait to book in again.

One of the things I love best is the gorgeous scent that floats towards you as you come in the ground floor to the beauty and perfume department . It's always a hive of activity and especially so at Christmas when I visited. It's a high end department store with expensive labels and commensurate prices but lovely to browse and they have good sales too. There are escalators to the upper two floors and there is a lovely cafe on the top floor, off the kitchen department. The staff are very helpful, I have found. Their website is also very good with possibly better bargains and a better selection of products.

Lovely place but felt deceived by their recent sale. Felt like outlet store stock on sale (some defective items) with full price items mixed in with supposedly 50 percent off rails or adjacent to them. Didn't actually see anything that was 50 percent off even if 50 percent signs plastered all over the store (tiny 'up to' font above it which was pointed out when I realised the items I had selected had little or no discount).

Very Expensive but Gorgeous clothes, bags, shoes, perfume, and whatnot.. some of my favorite places to shop. Amazing staff. Luxurious clothing lines..better to shop during promotions and discounts. Try Creed perfume. .smells amazing

Worst shopping experience ever! I ordered a Chanel foundation online and got the wrong item. I chatted them and was offered to return it to store and told they called the store and that the right item will be waiting for me. The next day I drove to the store and they started making problems with exchanging the product. They dragged from till to till because they could find someone and in the end they brought me 2 levels up, refunded the item without the shipping cost I paid & told me that now I can go and buy the right one. I said that it will take couple of days for the refund and why can’t they just exchange it as I was told by online customer service and they said they can’t do it. I asked to refund the shipping costs as they were the ones who send me the wrong item and I was rudely told to write na email and request that online. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. From now on I won’t be buying there.

Everyone's always staring at me, don't worry I'm too scared to steal. But I love fashion and it's a great service to the eyes to be able to even see some beautiful pieces. Who's your merchandiser, the window displays alone are worth a visit to Cork.

I was shopping for lipstick for my sister Charlotte Tilbury in brown Thomas. As a men I have zero knowledge about ladies cosmetics so I was trying to understand the types of lipstick and the offers so I asked wanted to know about the offer so I asked her 2 times and I couldn't understand it clearly about the offers so for the 3rd I ask again. She was fuming and her tone elevated while explaining me. This is an absolute unprofessional , unethical behavior from her towards men who are shopping for their family . I requested please train her more professionally with nice etiquettes. I am am really disappointed with this event.

This is a high end street store. If you like to shop in style this is the place to come. The staff are very nice and they always go over and beyond to help you. You can buy perfumes make up sunglasses gift sets. The store has plenty of options available. There is also a cafe located here which is nice. They also sell coffee and home products.

Great place to get aall high quality products. Also a great place to get breakfast or lunch in the cafe on the top floor

Nice place but don't come to the café part of this store unless you visibly look wealthy as the staff are very judgemental. I just came in for a brownie upstairs & they were so rude and they kept talking smack about the customers behind the counter. I don't leave negative reviews but I'm actually very unimpressed right now. Couldn't even get a brownie!

Needed to shop for my partner. Superb service. Quality clothing. The staff dealt with my query within minutes. I was very appreciative of this as I was in a major rush. Very professional staff. A very successful shop. And my partner was very happy with the outcome. Wedding attire/Special Occasion.

Had a fantastic experience in BT in Cork City today at the Bare Minerals Counter. Such a lovely girl colour matched my powder foundation perfectly. So nice and friendly great products.

Big disappointment. I bought there perfumes for over 150 euros and I ended with damaged product. There is no way Siobhan, shop assistant who packed it, didn't notice that box was destroyed.

Bought a clothes here for Christmas gift, the staff packed it as a gift, so i didn’t open it at all, and sent it directly to my family, but the security tag is still on the clothes when my family received it. What are your staff working for ?? Even don’t know the basic thing for selling clothes?? Ridiculous.

Very disappointed, sale assistant in parfum area don't know, what she sale!!! I was showing her what parfum I need to get, she say we don't have it, and this parfum stay on shelf!!!!! I understand it's crazy busy time, but sorry, I not coming just look at this, I was coming to get and not for free. If I can put -10 star, I will put......

Excellent service in the men's department, Ciara (Staff member) assisted us and we are very impressed with the excellent customer service and friendliness received. Will definitely visit Brown Thomas Cork on our regular shopping trips.

The last remaining decent department store in Cork City. Brown Thomas is always nice to visit and especially so at this time of the year as the store is gearing up for winter and Christmas shopping. The coffee machines alone on the second floor are worth the visit. Extensive range of goods. Bought a Christmas tree too!

There is a great assortment of clothes in BT’s and quite a lot of promotions in the Cork store aswell. A young girl with curly hair who I bought a Ted Baker coat from, couldn't have been more approachable and accommodating! She carefully went over the sizing and styling with me, which was incredibly helpful as it was a Christmas gift for my husband. BT employees are always really kind and willing to assist in every department, especially in clothing and fragrances. I've always had a pleasant shopping experience here.
