It's an awesome gift shop. There are gifts for every kind of person and all of the most famous Irish products (but no alcohol bottles) I bought a sheep plush for my mom and a ring for my brother

This place sold an umbrella to me which was of so poor quality that it got damaged the moment I took it outside the first time very next day. They didn't want to replace or refund when we checked at reception which is ok if it's their policy. The 1 star is because of the quality of products they sell. Definitely not recommend buying from here.

Very bad customer service, I always went to the store to buy gifts and I always spent a lot, and one day I went in for a coffee (cup with lid) and they told me to leave the store, my mother stayed inside the store and the staff stayed behind her the whole time, very bad. I won't go back, and I tell everyone I know not to go, besides the products are expensive.

Took a trip in for an Irish made tweed flatcap but all I could find on the products were Irish 'Designed' hats with no made in label on them. Asked a member of staff who got all defensive and insisted all their suppliers are Irish but can't say where they themselves stock from. So most likely made in China like so many others. It's a shame an Irish souvenir shop doesn't make a point of selling 'made in Ireland' products. I would assume 90% of the tat in this store is from China. I've been to other souvenir shops in the likes of Galway where they very proudly support Irish makers so there's really little excuse here

What an amazing place, you can buy all your Irish themed gifts here; from a fridge magnet to a pint glass, tee shirts to chocolate and everything in between. Went in for a fridge magnet and happily bought so much more! 🙂

Good selection of goods , surprisingly no Murphys or Beamish stout items for sale .. but not a bad shop for tourists to visit

Staff is very friendly. They have a huge assortment of Irish and Cork stuff. I love the book page separators made of wood and the table savers for glasses.

This is the place for tourists to buy their Irish souvenirs! Everything is Irish themed and very well priced. I loved visiting this store and picking up knick knacks. The Wooley Jumpers line is fantastic and fun!

Massive choice of souvenirs. Felt the basic cost for the usual was a little over priced. 5 - 6 Euro for a pen, or magnet which is the traditional gifts. Great shop
