Was served by Anne in mahon black Friday. The discount for the tvs 10% didn't appear when ordering by the kiosk. She somehow noticed and reduced the price by 10%. Was delighted to be honest. Tv was was 80 euro cheaper in argos than curry's and I got 37 euro extra off with discount and a 10 euro gift voucher. Thanks Anne its appreciated

I was buying a good few items today and the young lady at the till in fact a few of them had trouble placing my order. because I was getting a variety of stuff ,Some in stock some not ,some on home delivery only some on home supply and not in stock..Ahhh..Cyber Monday.lol ..But they kept at it ,found a computer that could handle it all and sorted it all out with good efficient humor and crack,..Well done girls..Happy christmas and thanks again.

Spent 1 hour outside Argos Mahon this evening trying to book a WiFi modem on line. SORRY THIS SERVICE IS BROKEN RIGHT NOW. PLEASE COME BACK LATER TO SEARCH AGAIN. Eventually I rang in and spoke with manager Michael Moynihan who would not allow staff to sell over the phone and was unwilling to check if the product was in stock. It was not possible he said, REALLY! Skeleton staff etc, however I observed store was quiet.Well Michael it's nice to be nice, you will learn that with some experience. Thank God the workers in health services are not so rigid. Eileen

Poor wages and poor management. That aside the experience wasn’t the worst.

I have to commend the Covid precautions they are taking. I did not come within 5 meters of anyone. The gent at the door directs you around the outer ring of the store, other people go out the other side. Seriously I felt so safe in Argos! They are doing it better than any store I have come across yet. Thank you for taking it seriously and protecting the customers and the people working there!

One of the last Argos' standing in Cork, and it is probably for a reason. Had to go here for last minute Christmas shopping and the staff were so helpful. Really helped me out in a time of last minute panic purchasing

Excellent Service, Staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Did not have to go looking through a box to find a particular car toy for my nephew but she did and reserved it for me while I drove to the shop. Excellent customer service. All staff working today were really helpful and pleasant.

Visited Argos yesterday evening. Was welcomed at the door by Gillian. She was so helpful and went out of her way to assist and advise me . Argos are so lucky to have such an amazing employee. Thanks again Gillian.
