I do not recommend, the lady with the blonde hair was not nice and not helpful, she badmouthed customers to other employees…

Lady with white hair and glasses which is help to “queue” not really nice, being so rude and complaining about us. Doesn't deserve to be the staff of this shop!!!!!

It's not next working day delivery as they use DPD so if ya need something ASAP just call in useless delivery services.

Just want to say what an amazing bunch of girls working in this store Went over this morning as my daughters bracelet had broke and was so upset because her nan who had passed had given it to her I explained the situation to Bridget and omg she could not have been nicer sorted it out straight away so understanding and just a genuine nice girl Five out five service and it really made up for the service I didn’t get in there store in Mahon point Such a difference to a shopping experience with such a nice group of girls. Really hope someone from management sees this and acknowledges the great service that Bridget and the girls gave

Honestly never had any issues with any Pandora stores, the workers were always nice, helpful and polite…. But today I went into the Cork city Pandora branch with my mom to pick her a couple of charms for her birthday (we shop Pandora for charms for years now) and I told the lady at the till to show me please all the charms they have at the moment because my mom is not looking for anything specific, and if she sees something she likes she will buy it, I said it to them 3 times, and still I was being shown single charms from under the counter that weren’t even nice….she was just keep showing me random charms and my mom just wanted to have a look and pick some that she may like. I did highlight to the workers 3 times that she wants to have a look herself but they were being very ignorant and kept showing her and even me other products like necklases…. We unfortunetely left the shop without buying anything for my moms birthday I wont be back
