Worst experience of my life. They create artificial queues, on purpose. We walked in not knowing that the queue was simple people waiting just to... Browse? The entire store was empty, we started browsing, and they told us to go back to the queue. To make matters worse, I knew what I wanted, so a worker came around and said they'll check if they had what I needed. They did, but they wouldn't just sell it to me without waiting 40 minutes in the queue. Why? What do you gain from this? It's pathetic. The amount of people that literally left because they can't be bothered waiting for no reason was substantial. You lost customers, because of the store's own pretentiousness. It's extremely anti consumer, stay away from this place if you can. I really don't know how this business exists.

Appalling customer service! I was in your store yesterday. I wanted to change a bracelet for a bigger size. I had my recipe but they were refusing to change it. I was dealing with one staff member and the manager on duty (Marie). They spoke rudely about myself and my mam with their backs turned to us. And made a big song and a dance about changing the size of the bracelet. I’ve never in my life felt so mistreated. They actually lost out on a big sale as I was about to buy charms and other bits for my child for her communion. Never again will I shop here!

Manager unpolited, does not let customers look at products in the store!

Great friendly staff, just a pity that they don't keep enough stock for promotion. Was after the free bangle if you spend over 109€. Spent 150€ and was told the promotion stock is finished this was 3 days before the promotion even ended and promotionadvertisingstill up. Next time will enquire first then pay, at least then I can decide to if I want to continue. Pity this spoiled the shopping experience would have made a great addition to the present for my wife's first Xmas in Ireland

Awful service. Waiting around 20 minutes and ignored completely by all staff. Not efficient and enjoy chit chatting too much.

The manager was extremely rude. I was with my husband in the queue and I decide to shop around to see if they had what I wanted to not waste my time. The manager told me that I wasn’t allowed and had to wait on queue. She was extremely rude.

Big Q at Christmas time, good shop

Had a great experience with a very sweet girl named Ryley. She was so enthusiastic about her job and is great at customer service. She really knows how to do her job and she was so helpful and friendly. It was my first time in Pandora and I will definitely be returning.

So fun... 20:22 and it's already closed. I don't trust a store that closes 40 minutes earlier than it should. 0 star

Absolutely 100% recommend this gorgeous little shop, I had the pleasure of dealing with Anne and caitriona, 2 of the sweetest ladies, They took their time with me and help me make the best decision regarding my purchase, They were warm funny and polite, will definitely be returning to purchase my charms there

Due to an error by the store, I encountered a problem with the gifted certificate; it turned out that it was with an amount of 0 euros, instead of 50 euros. A very unpleasant experience and a lot of wasted time and nerves. In addition, we were unable to get through to the store to solve this problem; it was not possible to come to Cork to the store since we are from another city.

Service deadly slow. Not busy just poor.

Went in today. Just home. Got an amazing salesperson named Annie. From start to finish the service I received was top notch. Couldn't recommend looking for Annie in this particular shop. Thanks again for the gifts and the great customer service

Have used this store a few times for buying gifts and have always had good experiences. Naturally some items are slight expensive but other items are incredibly affordable especially taking the quality of Pandora products into account. Staff were very friendly and professional in their manner and we're able to conduct business at ease. The store is of reasonable size with items kept in viewing displays. Located on the top floor of Mahon Point Shopping Centre and is a wheelchair friendly store for wheelchair users as it's very spacious inside.

Staff were unwilling to help. They basically just ignore you. What’s even worse is that they look at you like they don’t think you can afford anything in their store (felt a lot like that scene in Pretty Woman!) Ha! It took ages before I was able to find someone who would assist me. And when I finally did, the girl didn’t even seem a bit happy to help. Anyway I got my items, went to the till to pay. She asked me if I wanted them in separate boxes and bags, I said “Well yes please as they’re presents.” She did that but again, didn't seem too happy about it. I swear, a child could have tied the bows much better! Never setting foot in this store again! I felt rushed and unwelcome. Worst Pandora store experience I have ever had!!!

Very disapointed... Went to exchange 2 pieces that I got for my birthday and I do not feel very comfortable using as they are gold. Selected the new pieces with a lovely girl and was actually going for a 3rd one. Abruptlly, another person came and replace the first one to execute the exchange. This is when the rudeness and discomfort started. Gave up on the 3rd piece immediately. I was asked several times after every entry at the till: ' do you whan't to proceed??' (Price differed +10€ at the till from the marked price). I asked to see the earrings again and was told that the till is always correct and not the marked prices, the shop is very busy and mistakes happen and that her manager said the same. OK, I decided to take the earrings any way. I think this a very strange store procedure. Had to repeat one more time in front of everyone that I did not liked the present that my husband had offered me (as I did before to the first lady). It culminated with a very unpolite: "YOU OW ME!!!" at the end of the exchange... Funny way of saying the outstanding amount. .. I guess. .. Very unimpressed not going back. Had 1 ring and 2 other charms under my eye but definently not going back there.

Never met anyone as disinterested in their job as the girl with long blonde hair that served me this morning. I knew which charm I wanted so didn't delay her. Not even a thank you. Usually there are nicer girls there. Be slow to goback.
