Took a casio pro trek in for batteries -it takes four - and decided to get a new strap for another watch of mine while I was there. Got the pro trek back after a couple of days and they put the watch back together incorrectly. There are side screws on both sides of different lengths and widths and they mixed them up. Long story short watch left in water. No permanent damage thankfully. I'm into watches myself and have opened this watch up on a few occasions my self hence why I knew it wasn't put back together properly after I noticed the condensation build up one day. And the strap they fitted, they transferred the Buckle from the old strap to the new one as it matches the watch. They put the pin part of the buckle on backwards so I was unable to secure the strap. Luckily I hadn't left the shop and brought it to there attention. I just felt the attitude of the staff was more of a who does this guy think he is? And what does he know? Rather than a legitimate oops we're sorry. I would not bring your most valuable treasured watches here for any reason. This was my experience and is my opinion, I hope this helps someone else.

I bought my engagement&wedding rings from Moores Jewellers and from start to finish I found my experience enjoyable and stress free. With being on a budget the Moores staff were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable with all their rings of superb quality and craftsmanship. Their aftercare service is also brilliant i got the rings cleaned and polished they look brand new!!. Thanks guys for everything!!! Popped into the Mahon store this evening and there was two ladies there ( one really young and the other middle aged) the old lady was extremely rude!!! Honestly blown away by the lack of customer service I experienced. She didn’t even look at me when I was speaking to her and when I asked her a question she giggled. Such poor service!!!!

This is the MOST beautiful jewellery shop! The jewellery and watches are beyond stunning and the staff are so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable! Whether you need your battery changed or are looking for your engagement ring the staff are always so helpful! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

The store host beautiful jewellery however there is a massive lack of customer service. They never great you or engage any conversation with their customer. This is driving a depressing atmosphere in the shop. The mature lady doesn’t look at you or do not ask if you need any help. Do not expect a friendly “goodbye have a good day”. The young lady was more friendly and I hope she won’t apply same poor customer’s skills. I returned a good today and they issued a credit note on a piece of paper that can be misplaced. This store lacks of energy, dynamism and modernity. It was a poor experience for me and unfortunately I will have to go back to use my credit note!

This Shop in my experience has a wide selection of stunning jewellery. I have had positive experiences in getting a ring resized and also purchasing a gold chain where the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this jewellery shop as a well run friendly and professional business
