Went into doctors with throat infection, multiple antigen tests done and they would not see me due to this being a covid symptom, would not be seen until I’ve a PCR test done. Explained that I had this sore throat for over 3 weeks , and it’s constantly reoccurring and my tonsils were swollen. Was denied entry to the doctors and was told to wait outside if I wanted to have an online consultation, think it’s time we stop using it as an excuse and move on from COVID.

First time using your service and I am truly impressed. Professional and polite receptionist and a very patient doctor. Also, the consultation fee cost less than what I'd have to pay my GP. Thank you.

All my experiences with the male doctor (can’t remember his name but I’m pretty sure he was Indian) have been negative. I really hope he’s moved on and isn’t working in the Douglas branch anymore as I’ve recently been having problems and I would rather deal with anyone else, to be honest. Just very antagonistic, over the phone and in person. Not very helpful, doesn’t ask questions and doesn’t listen either. Couldn’t always understand him but that’s the least of it.

Wouldnt reccomend in the slightest. Couldnt get an appt with my own GP and needed to be seen urgently as I'm immunocomprimised. 1 hint of a respiratory symptom they wont let you see a doctor in person. Very rude receptionist who clearly has no empathy wouldnt so much let me explain my situation. She clearly does not realise respiratory illnesses have exsisted before Covid.... Went to south doc which further delayed care and turns out id acute pharyngitis. Something that could have been treated in the clinic. I would strongly reccomend retraining your staff & reviewing the covid policy..

Wouldn't even give one star. This place is famous for its incompetence. They told my elderly father they would have his radiology test results in 3 days. He has been waiting 3 weeks and still hasn't received them. if the results of this test require immediate treatment he has lost time. I would recommend people go anywhere else and avoid this business like the plague.

The gorgeous receptionist was very friendly to everybody and made you feel at home. She came into work at short notice due to illness of the other receptionist. Dr. Anna was very thorough with me and asked me plenty of questions to make sure she gave me the correct treatments. Also, she gave me additional advice to help me. I had a really pleasant experience here.

Very unprofessional I was out there on Monday doctor seen me everything was fine had an issue with my prescription at the pharmacy the pharmacist tried calling multiple times to find an alternative to what I was prescribed but couldn't get in contact with them also emailed and no luck. So I called out again Wednesday evening after work and I was told by reception the doctor would call me at 19:00 to sort it out. I never got a call from the doctor I've tried calling them myself and no luck. I just think it's a bit ridiculous that the pharmacy can't even contact them when there's an issue. It's Thursday now and I still haven't been able to get my prescription. I'm only writing this review hoping I might get some sort of response regarding my issue because calling or emailing or even physically calling in didn't work. .

Had bad experience with own GP last week when wouldn't engage with me in relation to my mother who was quite ill. Contacted Doctor365 and were so helpful, especially with telephone consultation. Got referral letter for cardiac care unit and mother later admitted to hospital. Couldn't have been more helpful. When I went back to thank them they said that's what they're there for. Pity GPs don't think thatway.

Great and professional service. I am living in Italy and needed blood tests as I have been diagnosed with MS about 4 months ago. So needed blood tests for my therapy. I walked in at 10am and was out by 10:15. Fantastic and also a good price. Just like a health service should be.

The receptionist was most helpful and organised that I could get the blood tests I needed. The premises was spotless with great Covid awareness including the provision of high grade masks and sanitising gel The doctor was highly efficient and caring. Waiting time and consultation took less than an hour- Fees very reasonable. I highly recommend this clinic

I went here today because I couldn't get to my own GP because of work hours. And they wouldn't sent my repeat prescription for antihistamines to my chemist, I didn't need to see the doctor and they were less than helpful when I told them I couldn't afford to take a half day just to travel to see them. I rang a few surgery's in the mahon area to see if anyone could help and I Was told about this place and headed there after work. They're open till 7pm and I was able to walk in and tell them what I needed and off I went. Thanks guys saved me a lot of agro 😊😊 very much recommend to anyone having a disaster with they're GP

Turned away from my own GP as not having an appointment for the next 2 weeks and wouldn’t provide me with the support of being currently sick so I turned to Doctor 365 Douglas. When I called I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Paula who informed me I could do an over the phone consultation instead of travelling out to the clinic itself. Paula was very helpful and kind, more people in the medical community should ask Paula for advice on how to be a decent human. The doctor was helpful, sent my prescription to my nearest pharmacy and sent the sick note to my email within an hour. Pleasant experience would 100% go here instead of south doc. Will admit €55 euro is a bit steep for an over the phone consultation but okay in the end to avoid the hassle of other doctor surgery’s.

I rang the Douglas branch of Doctor 365 and I was told it was a walkin clinic and to come down anytime. I made a huge effort to get there at 1pm on Sunday with severe back pain only to be turned away and told come back at 3pm because they were full. One person only sitting in the waiting area and loads of empty chairs. Ridiculous if its a walkin clinic then you shouldn't have to go away and come back again. Waste of time and extreme effort.

Very helpful and kind admin who helped get my daughters seen so quickly. Dr was also very kind, friendly and so patient with our girls. She checked them gently but throughly also gave us very helpful advice.

Excellent phone and video consultations and no problem getting prescriptions and work sick notes. Time saving at its best ⏳

Used Doctor 365 today for the first time as a "walk-in". I could not get an appointment with my own doctor for another 2 + weeks. Reception was easy and efficient. 5 people ahead of me but got seen within an hour. Anna was the doctor on duty and was excellent. Prescription forwarded to pharmacy as promised and alternative solution also proposed. Would highly recommend this service. John

Very efficient service , with great staff. Dr Anna was very thorough in her examination and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this practice if you are feeling unwell .

Receptionist was so nice and friendly and was great with my 2 children. The doctor was just as nice. Efficient service.

Showed up with back issues and after an hour I was seen by the doctor who didn't do any assessment and just assumed I've SPINAL compression and referred me for MRI in a place that don't have MRI equipment... Ended up in ED the next day and consultant said that the referral is an absolute joke. Stay away for them with any serious issues.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Doctor 365 Douglas.. The receptionist, Jenny, is very caring, helpful and empathic and the doctors are most helpful who did their very best for us. We had no long wait and found the whole experience very smooth. We will be returning to this clinic without hesitation.

Excellent facility and incredibly lovely doctor was attending today. She was informative, helpful and positive which to me is exactly what I want in a doctor. It was also very easy to be seen I had never been here before. I was asked to fill out a form and then the doctor saw me when the next appointment was available. Great service to have

I had the most stressful day with my 11 month old baby being extremely sick with a very high temperature honestly if it wasn’t for the receptionist that was on in the Douglas cork clinic I would have been in a awful way , she was absolutely super from the phone call right and right through the check up , what a lovely person to help someone in such a lovely professional way . Great to be able to walk in and see a GP when your own GP service has closed for the evening. Paula on Reception was very helpful and friendly. Doctor Inar was very efficient and a prescription was forwarded to the late night pharmacy for collection. Would definitely use again if I needed a GP outside of my own GP's working hours.

The receptionist was very helpful. The doctor was excellent. She was extremely busy as the clinic was very busy and she seemed to be the only doctor on. She was quick and efficient and still managed to be kind and patient. I would highly recommend her. Just be aware it was a long wait (Tuesday around 4pm) and there were. quite a few people waiting. It's very difficult to get into other clinics as a new patient and this is a walk in service so not surprising they are so busy.

This is my 2nd time using this service for my children and I would highly recommend them. Efficient and professional. Received a callback within the hour and had antibiotics without any problem or delay. Delighted to have this service available.

Excellent service, spoke with a very kind and efficient receptionist and a great doctor who gave me the treatment I needed - no fuss and very quick (call back for phone consult in less than one hour). Also very reasonably priced compared with other GP services.

It was so refreshing, very friendly and welcoming staff, along with the Doctor and we were not rushed in and out, as a mother I felt heard, my concerns for my little one were heard, full examination was given to my little one. All in all a really pleasant experience under the circumstances of him being terribly sick. I will def be going again should we need to see a doctor. Thank you

What a refreshing experience to have someone actually answer the phone after the 3rd ring and then spoke to a very helpful and informed receptionist. Doctor rang me back within the time given 20mins no rush to get me off the phone checked all my medical history and medication details. Excellent service and value would definitely use the service again.

Fantastic, quick & very professional service... Great to have at a time when it's so difficult to get an appointment with usual gp. The phone/video appointment service is excellent. The waiting time from booking the appointment, to having the consultation isn't very long at all, plus if a prescription is needed, it's emailed directly to pharmacy of choice. All that for €40!

Great great great service!!!!, when South Doc and Swiftcare couldn’t assist Doctor365 we’re there. Must be honest we didn’t know this place existed. Urine test done on the spot and waited for results. Super friendly and mega helpful (we were a bit stressed). As a parent so comforting to know this service is here and would highly recommend them.
