    The team at MT fitness are second to none. It is like a home away from home. I love going to sessions 3 times a week, it has changed my life for the better. Their positivity is infectious. I would highly recommend anyone to join, you won't regret it.

    This business has community and authenticity at its heart. Mark goes a step further than your average PT and genuinely cares about his clients on a holistic level. Other things to note - the gym has great parking, high standard equipment. itā€™s in an ideal location and has a gorgeous cafe attached.

    I started with Sharon in Mt Fitness in September 2020 and to be honest I had lost all sense of myself after having my kids. I was unsure of how I was ever going to get control of my weight and wellbeing back. 8 months on and I'm over a stone down and fitting into clothes that I never had the confidence to wear even before my kids. More than this though I genuinely think that the guys in MT care for all their clients and I'm so thrilled to be part of the gang.

    Started with MT fitness in October last year and I absolutely love going to this gym. Its a place where you can clear your head, have a laugh with the trainers and other members, get a savage workout in and feel so much better afterwards. The community element of this gym is amazing and the support you get is outstanding. It's also continuously improving and your guaranteed a tough but very enjoyable workout. We'll done to Mark and the trainers ye are a credit to yourselves ā­ā­

    I have been a part of the MT family for over 2 years now. Attending MT has become a huge part of my life. It is a space that we all can call home. I have been able to develop myself both emotionally and physically since walking through the doors and no matter the journey you are embarking on, the MT Way is what I would recommend. Community and Wellness before everything else. Everything else will just fall into place. I have gone from strength to strength (quite literally). I have found my safe space and I couldnā€™t imagine my week without my 7:30am workouts (never thought I would say that). Itā€™s an investment in all aspects of yourself, soā€¦ TREAT YO-SELF!! And join the family :)

    Been going to MT fitness for over a year now. They have an amazing team of PTs with an extensive knowledge and very helpful with any questions you have. They have an amazing support system and no problem lending an ear when you needed one. From the moment you walk in the door, they are very welcoming and you will guaranteed feeling great walking out. MT fitness is like a family now so they will never get rid of me!!!! Highly recommended!

    I canā€™t recommend this gym enough. Mark has created a friendly and comfortable atmosphere and his staff especially Sean have made me feel like part of the family while training me. Donā€™t think twice about signing up it will be the best Decision you make . Thanks guys

    I really enjoyed my time at MT Fitness. I canā€™t recommend it enough. I feel like a different person both mentally and physically. As a beginner, I was in an unfamiliar environment, but the staff who were so welcoming and encouraging made me feel at ease.

    I always heard such incredible reviews of MT Fitness from friends and so when it came time for me to re-join a gym I had no hesitations. Although I am only a member a few weeks I feel like I am part of the MT Fitness family already and have been taken under their wing. The minute I walked in the door for my initial consultation I felt comfortable and I have enjoyed every single session with the amazing team. They really care about all of their members and want the best for you. They celebrate your wins and support you when needed. Best decision I have made!

    I have been apart of MT Fitness the last 6 months and can honestly say itā€™s one of the best experiences i have had in a gym ever . Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and most importantly it is a safe space . Since starting here not only did my physical health improve but my mental health did also ! I have seen a huge difference in my well being over all and couldnā€™t imagine myself anywhere else but here ! Thank you to Sharon for always keeping me motivated and giving me the strength to keep pushing forward even on the days i donā€™t feel like it ! And thank you to Sean , Aisling and Mark for making my experience at MT fitness a special one and of course khloe at Recharge for my amazing coffee in the mornings!!

    Mark, Aisling, Sean and Sharon are all the most genuine lovely souls! They care so much about everyone who walks through the door and do everything in their power to make it a good experience.. I canā€™t recommend MT Fitness enough, the gym and the community they have all built is something really special. Shout out to Khloe also for the dacent coffees šŸ‘Œ

    This is a fantastic gym!! Iā€™ve been going for 6 weeks now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is greatā€¦ I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leavešŸ˜Š

    I have had the most amazing experience at MT fitness. Sean is an absolute pleasure to train with and makes myself and my mom extremely comfortable. Nothing is too much when it comes to the guys in MT fitness, such a great group.

    My experience with MT Fitness was great, I joined with a goal of being comfortable to go to a gym myself feeling like I know what I'm doing , and I 100% achieved this. Big thank you to Sharon who was amazing, and it was nice to get to train with other trainers along the way also, everyone was willing to help with questions around training and nutrition. I would recommend MT Fitness to anyone.

    I have worked with each of the PTā€™s at MT Fitness and I can honestly say they are the best group of people I have met (donā€™t let their smiling faces fool you, they do their job incredibly well, so much so youā€™ve no idea youā€™re working out til the soreness hits the next day in muscle groups you never knew you had! šŸ˜‰) They not only help to get you back to your best, they are encouraging, kind and very open so you feel absolutely comfortable in their presence. MT Fitness is not only a gym, itā€™s a place where you can leave your stress and worries just by having the chats! If anybody is intending to start or rejoin a gym I couldnā€™t recommend them highly enough! Thanks for everything so far lads and long may it continue šŸ˜Š

    What can I say its hard to be uncomfortable at MT Fitness. If your at a loss want to get fit, healthy, build confidence than I cant recommend MT FITNESS ENOUGH. After been diagnosed with MS and coming out of the hospital with a walker a year ago I was not sad but angry and felt a sense of grief because I had to leave my old life behind. The way I used to do things wasnt working for me anymore with that loss also went my confidence. But since straying in the door of MT and been welcomed with compassion and understanding I have got my confidence back even when I walk in on a bad day by the time I leave I feel like I can take on any challenge. The Personal Trainers Sean, Sharon, Aisling & Mark are šŸ„‡top of their game and very knowlegable. Its not just a gym its a wonderful community of people. I cant recommend them enough.Thank you MT FITNESS.

    Iv been using gyms for years without fully reaching my goals and found when I joined MT Fitness the personal trainers really push me that extra bit that I wouldnā€™t be able to do on my own helping me get the results I set out. Great gym, staff very knowledgable and helpful and definitely recommend this Gym in particular! Helped me with a lot of my injuries and also put me on track with a nutrition plan that I am enjoying.

    MT fitness is more than just a gym in my experience. I have been a member for over a year and the difference in myself is crazy. Not just physically but my passion for training and knowledge around it and nutrition has improved hugely. Being pushed out of my comfort zone to complete a photoshoot recently has been a huge highlight but without the constant support of mark and the rest of the staff it wouldnā€™t be possible. Wellness is the core value of the gym and it really shows. More like counselors and friends than just trainers they are a listening ear at any given session as well as pushing you to your absolute best. Great equipment, classes, coffee and food on site in recharge and parking facilities itā€™s a no brainer but most importantly client results are insane. Thank you MT for all youā€™ve done for me so far.

    Second week under the belt at MT Fitness have met all the PTs and honestly they are all amazing. Make the sessions unique to myself and the encouragement and support is second to none. I fell like Iā€™m being pushed and challenged along the way. I love how they explain what Iā€™m doing why Iā€™m doing it and what I gain from each exercise. I canā€™t wait to continue my weigh loss journey, learn and grow working with all the lads at MT!! Highly recommend!

    Mt fitness is amazing I have never felt so comfortable in any gym before till I started here. The staff are so welcoming and the results I have achieved from just 3 weeks of training is unreal I have so much more energy and feel healthier in myself. Highly recommended.

    I have been a member of MT fitness since the end of the summer and Iā€™ve had such a great experience! The classes are fabulous and so are the pts. All pts here are wonderful that you donā€™t mind who you get and are always happy leaving! Theyā€™re so efficient and kind, and always go the extra mile! Always have competitions aswell each month to make things interesting! Iā€™m really enjoying myself coming here 3-4 times a week the last 4 months and excited to keep up my journey! Thanks to Sharon for always keeping me on my toes and Sean Aisling and mark for everything they do! :)

    Couldnt pick a better gym and team to train with. Training twice a week is my break away from the stress of everyday life. They go above and beyond for anyone that walks through their doors. Couldn't recommend it more!

    Love coming here the enthusiasm and support from all the gang is great. Calm and friendly atmosphere and really supportive team. I'd never thought I'd do p.t but I'm glad I did and of course Sharon my own p.t there is amazing she really wants you to achieve your goal whatever it may be.

    Have been going for 7 months now and I cannot speak highly enough about them. The staff love what they do and it shows in how they work with their clients. No question is too ridiculous and its never a bother to get advise on diet and progress in working out. And everything is supported. with mental wellness days quickly becoming an event so that it's not just your physical health is being supported but your mental health too. From day 1 the support is catered to to your needs. From your consultation to a diet built on your food preferences its impossible not to feel fully supported. The vibe and atmosphere could not be better, so inclusive and laid back. Which is a big plus if your anyway shy or introverted by nature. They make you feel so welcome that it's impossible not to get excited and hyped for your next session Aaron
