My name is Alan Leach and I’m the Chief Executive for West Wood Clubs in Dublin. We have been using GYMIX® for about 7 years. After 6 weeks of using GYMIX our income from secondary spend increase by 24%. We’re selling more personal training, more spa treatments, more swimming lessons, simply because we’re able to market this services to the members on an hour to hour basis throughout the day. I just couldn’t recommend GYMIX® any more, as its doing an amazing job for us, and John O’Keeffe is incredible. Anytime we send for an ad to be added, improved or changed it is done literally within the hour. Before GYMIX® we would have had 3 or 4 complaints about the music per week, at the very least. It was so hard to please everybody. With GYMIX® we have a great variety of music, and the sound quality is perfect and the playlist never ends. It’s also a great relationship tool for us with customers. At times you don’t get to tell them everything that’s happening in the gym, but GYMIX® does. Like our new classes, what time they’re on at, what we’re serving in the barista, and what’s happening in Dennehy’s as a whole, like expanding to Douglas. This in-house advertising is a huge part for us. On the Motivational side of the things, plus the music, we’ve had clients come to us and say GYMIX® has motivated them during there workouts. The Motivational quotes. Some are funny, some are very motivating, there’s a good mix of both. Myself personally, for a particular workout on the cross-trainer I didn’t need my own earphones, because the music was so good, and the variety. Using the gym, it’s great to hear GYMIX®, it’s your own personal radio station, it’s like somebody is doing it live all day every day. The after-sales is fantastic, it’s a personal business, it’s John O’Keeffe. If there’s anything we want John is available straight away. John is pro-active, what updates do you want for the next month. With updating the ads and content it’s a click a button, send an email, next thing it’s coming out of the speakers. Our customer satisfaction and gym experience is much better, better music, clients are more motivated, there's a better buzz around the gym, better atmosphere, everybody’s happy. One of the best decisions I've ever made is to bring GYMIX into our facility. It has changed the environment to a much more professional and exciting place. My own name is Ciara Barry and I am the sales and marketing manager for Oriel House Hotel. GYMIX has played a massive role in our gym Talbot Fitness Leisure Club in ballincollig Cork. Providing all the up to date music tracks allows for a fun, high energy atmosphere on the gym floor. The music is controlled and updated by GYMIX therefore worrying about updating the music on a regular basis is something I do not need to be concerned about. In house advertising plays a massive part in the hotel and we are able to keep our members informed over GYMIX of any updates in both the hotel and leisure club. Be it a new class timetable, membership offers, food and beverage offers, accommodation discounts, GYMIX allows us to keep a strong connection with our members and keep them well informed. Their response to questions and changes required is always done in a very prompt and professional manner therefore working along side them is effortless. I could not recommend GYMIX anymore, makes things so much easier for me and the Talbot Fitness Team.

Since getting GYMIX into the club it has been all but positive feedback from the members, our music is now up to date with the latest songs. We have had no issues whats so ever since it was installed and the guys are always on hand to help with any of our needs! We would highly recommend GYMIX!

I am the manager of the Health and Performance Centre in UL Sport. In the past we have had many issues with trying to keep both customers and staff happy with the music on the gym floor. GYMIX has helped us to alleviate these problems. The best thing for us is that we can have a gentler mix in the morning and a more upbeat mix in the evening. This ensures all customers are catered for. The customised advertising has also been very beneficial as have the reminders coming towards closing time. People now leave of their own accord which makes the closing process a lot simpler. We’ve also found the GYMIX team to be very approachable and helpful and overall I’d highly recommend the product

GYMIX® is played throughout the day and has been a fantastic motivational tool for our members up here at District Health & Leisure. It is great where we can dig into different genres of music to compliment the different areas within our facility such as our state of the art changing facilities as well as our beauty salon & treatment rooms.
