fitness

week
programme.
My
aim
is
to
loose
body
fat
and
also
get
a
better
understanding
of
foods
and
nutrition
as
in
the
past
I
would
have
a
love
/hate
relationship
and
not
a
very
healthy
approach..
ie
starve
myself
to
loose
weight
or
eat
my
body
weight
on
the
weekends
🙃.
I
am
so
pleased
to
say
4
weeks
in
I
am
down
11
pounds
in
weight
and
also
starting
to
have
a
controlled
healthy
diet
that
is
not
restricting
me
to
go
off
course
.
Darren
has
been
amazing,
any
question
big
or
small
he
answers
me
straight
away
via
the
app
.
I
have
check
ins
each
week
with
him
and
its
always
so
positive
and
enjoyable
it
spurs
me
on
for
the
week
ahead
.
I
am
hoping
by
the
end
of
my
12
week
programme
I
don't
focus
so
much
on
the
numbers
but
on
how
I
feel
in
myself
and
create
new
habits
that
are
healthy
with
food
and
exercise.
Darren
is
encouraging
me
to
embrace
the
changes
not
only
in
my
body
but
my
mind
which
is
so
important..
I
would
highly
recommend
Energize
fitness
to
anyone
who
needs
help
in
any
aspect
,
either
be
weight
loss
,
nutrition
or
a
training
programme.
The
attention
Darren
gives
to
each
of
his
clients
surpasses
all
my
expectations
when
I
first
commited
to
this
12week
programme...
I
am
honestly
blown
away
with
the
interaction
daily
&
weekly
.
Darren
is
always
checking
in
to
make
sure
I
am
happy
or
if
we
need
to
make
changes
to
any
workout
,
foods
ect
..
Best
money
I
have
spent
to
date
..
it
calculates
out
less
than
2
coffees
a
day!!
