    Excellent PT, knows what he is talking about and provides the lessons at the right time. Focuses on performance and health as the tools to gain what ever your goals are, weight loss or mass gain. Really listens to his clients and provides excellent feedback and straight forward, no nonsense coaching. Guys like this would be excellent in any field. He understands how the body works but most importantly he understands his clientele and their thought process. Rob knows exactly when to say what needs to be said. He’s not going to feed you standard training plan and restrictive food plan, he’s going to educate you, build your confidence and help you to really enjoy yourself. Workouts are excellent, advice is based on sound science and his tone is marvelous. Just a top PT and a top man. His layered approach to better health is a testament to knowledge in his field and his empathy for his clients

    Top class PT! Been working out for years but since working with Rob I've nailed down a solid training structure and proper nutritional foundation without restriction! Training is intense and limit breaking (if you wanna add 2.5kg Rob will convince you to double that 😂) what's best about training with rob is his ethos to always improve and add more to his service through his site/app and database to help clients and give more! For anyone on the fence.. Choose Rob as not only will you refer to him as a PT but also a friend 💪 😎 (go beyond... Plus ultra!)

    Rob is such a good, down to earth and honest personal trainer. I'd never done PT before and was a little nervous starting, and also going on a meal plan because I struggled with food in previous years and was hesitant with portioning the foods etc. The meal plans are so easy to follow, didn't feel like I was on a diet plan at all! The PT sessions are really good too, 30 mins with him is better than any session you'd do solo in the gym! I have no hesitation signing back up with Rob again once my 6 weeks are up in two weeks time. Could not recommend another PT more. 🌟

    I'm just 6 weeks into my journey with Rob but I already feel like a different person in terms of my confidence with exercise. Before I started with him, I felt like I was too out of shape to even attempt working out in the gym so just stayed away. I'm still a long way from where I want to be, but I've made consistent progress and He's been there at all hours to answer any questions. Looking forward to continue training with him & would recommend Rob to anyone who feels out of their depth when it comes to getting healthy.

    I started working with Rob only a few shorts months ago and my only regret is not coming across him years ago. He's an amazing coach so down to earth, approachable and is teaching me so so much.     I can't recommend Rob enough. I completed a 6 week program with him, during which I felt and saw huge improvements with my strength and fitness. My diet plan was effective without being restrictive. The training sessions were great as the exercises varied and Rob kept me motivated throughout. Rob himself is very dedicated and offered support throughout. Very friendly and would put you at ease. Also guaranteed a few laughs during training!

    I have been trying to lose weight on and off my whole life, tried different diet plans even different PT’s for years! I’d always lose initially but end up piling it back on...that was before I found Rob and his approach! I have been with Rob coming up two years now and I’m happy to say the only weight I have put on during my time with him is pregnancy weight 😂Rob is hands down the best trainer I have ever had, he has thought me so much more about nutrition and training, I was never given a one plan fits all for either my training or my food! He thought me about balance and also how to have a healthier relationship with food! He educated me to make my own decisions with food if something came up or I wanted different food I could always make those changes myself and see results because finally I had been educated enough to make those decisions! My training alone was second to none! 5 am starts are made a hell of a lot easier when you train with someone like Rob! He’s a human first and foremost! We had chats laughs and most importantly always a had goals for my training that no matter how big or small we chipped away session on session and achieved the most incredible results! Never before on a weight loss journey had I lost weight but also built a body that was incredibly strong, and fit while never deprived of any food or any occasion! Rob teaches you about the long term and the goals that are far more rewarding than weight loss and that’s coming from someone who lost six stone! What my body could do strength wise became more important and that really changes your mentality for the better! Hands down Rob is the best decision I have ever made, the knowledge he has is truly incredible and mind blowing, I’m now excited for our after baby phase 😊

    Rob is amazing, hands down has changed my life! I always wanted to lose weight but never seemed to be able to or if I did it all went back on again with the first few weeks. My goal was always losing weight but now it’s being stronger, healthier and most importantly happier!! I’ve got to say 12 weeks with Rob and I’m a completely new person, yes I’ve lost weight and I’m stronger but my confidence and happiness have reached levels I never thought they could! I would 110% recommend Rob to everyone, I was a complete beginner, had barely even stepped into a gym before this but Rob makes you feel right at home and the communication and accountability are next to nothing! Not to mention the amazing recipes 😍

    I've been a client of Robs for quite a few months now and I couldn't recommend him enough! He's excellent at what he does, super professional and knows his stuff! I've been training with him from about 4 months pregnant and I'm still training with him now in my final weeks of pregnancy as he is still looking after me during the pandemic. When I trained one to one he was always careful with me but also didn't make me feel like I was incapable just because I was pregnant. Will be on to him again for my post baby training for sure!

    When I first started training with Rob I hadn't a clue how to exercise properly but with his help I quickly improved. I looked forward to my personal training sessions with him because he has the ability to push me beyond what i thought I could achieve. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a highly qualified personal trainer. He gave me the confidence I needed to join a gym and he showed me that a healthy lifestyle can be interesting and fun.

    Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of starting with a PT. Rob is by far the best trainer I have worked with and is absolute professional. Always on hand for advice and for some motivation! Just finished an 8 week program & diet plan and already seeing results. Workouts are tough and rewarding. Food plan was great and easy to follow, with a whole database of recipes online so it never gets boring. Overall 10/10, can’t recommend enough!
