    I never felt so comfortable in a gym, I went to my first class last night. Great bunch of people, enthusiastic about each-others progress. Looking forward to my next class.

    Great bunch of lads and ladies. I walked in the door about 6 months ago on my own, not knowing anyone and have been warmly welcomed and really enjoyed my time here so far 😊

    Best gym around Cork. Under one door there is all what you need starting from Thai Boxing, Boxing , wrestling, Grappling, self defense, MMA and Brazylian Jiu Jitsu. Very friendly gym highly recommended to all who wants to start mixed martial arts journey.
