Good shop with all you need for your pet. decent prices and friendly helpful staff that know about animals. nice to see a professionaly run shop like this as so many nowadays are just buy buy buy

Today was my first time at this store, just because I dread going to the pet shop in my area - staff there are very rude. Here it was like a full 180° - the two girls that were there dealt with the customers ahead of me very swiftly and made sure they were fully attended to and satisfied. Super nice and accommodating! Fair play, brilliant staff. Good selection and prices. I won't mind taking a slightly longer detour from now on.

The shop in north point is great and the staff is knowledgeable! Their online store is fantastic also I ordered heavy bags of cat litter on a Friday and they arrived on the Saturday morning.

Small shop but stocks the essentials. Decently priced and they also have some gorgeous birds for sale there too. Stock wise you have items for cats, dogs, birds, bedding and hay for bunnies (no pellets that i could see) and stuff for fish. Even has terrapin food! Able to take card payment and saves me having to drive all the way across town from the north side of the city to get cat food.

great selection. fantastic offer on dog food that we use. picked up a nice toy for the pup while I was there too. Diana was very helpful. Easy to get to and convenient parking

Best pet shop in Cork. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to shop here, with a large range of pet supplies and food to choose from.

Very friendly staff, especially Jennifer, we were looking for a waterproof jacket for our little dachshund for ages. When we called in were allowed the opportunity to fit on a few before finally getting one that fits him perfectly. Highly recommended and will call again.

We want their for bigger fish tank and supplies. Staff is super helpful and friendly and they have quite a bit selection for dogs and cats too.

the women in there are very nice gave my dog some free treats when I brought him in on a hot day and done his name tag very friendly and welcoming

We had our dogs nails clipped today and it was super quick and we had a very happy pup afterwards

I had read previous reviews and thought I'd try this pet shop as there's only one other in the general area. My husband and I ended up walking out as we got a lecture from the girl working behind the counter about what we should and should not feed our dog. Apparently according to the girl (who doesn't know anything about my pet), that we were feeding our dog wrong and that we shouldn't give her treats. She came across really rude and I ended up feeling uncomfortable and a little annoyed. I told the girl that I've had my dog for 16 years so I know what she likes and dislikes, but that fell on deaf ears. I didn't buy anything and certainly wouldn't recommend this place unless you want a lecture!
