We are Noting The Cafe ONLY An excellent small cafe with good coffee, good snacks and a smiling service. Cheap and very good value for money.

As a huge fan and very regular marks and Spencer shopper, I am absolutely annoyed and disgusted with their push to self service checkouts in the supermarket. I would like to point out that We the shoppers do not work for m&s, and secondly I'm sure those that do would like to KEEP their jobs. In future if I cannot be served at the cashdesk by an employee I will abandon my trolley and give said employee something to do to keep them employed!! Cop on marks and Spencers....

Re M&S restaurant. Shockingly bad service overall. 3 foods advertised, none were available (approx 1.30pm) 1 item ordered was served barely warm rather than hot. 2 bacon burgers were literally thrown onto plates, when mayonnaise was asked for, were told they didn't have any. A supervisor of sorts happened to pass by, member of staff asked her if there was any mayo and she just said no and kept on walking. Tables were not cleared, we had to clean our own table before we sat. Can honestly say that 4 members of staff (including supervisor) were totally indifferent to the customer and generally gave the impression that they really did not want to be there. All 3 of us could not believe the lack of care and attention given to the food served, hygiene & cleanliness of the restaurant and customer service and satisfaction. If I could give this review zero stars, I would.

Went upstairs to invest in decent underwear. Would have gotten better customer service in pennys and that's exactly where I went in the end. Very arrogant and unhelpful

Nice shop,, some good deals on groceries when there is a price reduction. They need to increase the number of self service tills that accept cash.

Went in to their supermarket this morning and queued for 15 minutes at the till before i gave up. It was a complete joke, 1 woman on the till and she had to keep going to the other till area to weigh loose fruit and veg. I went to SuperValue and was in and out in no time

Ridiculous!! App for bra fitting not working. Rang the store re same. Got automated voice to say come in and staff will try their best. Drove 60 mins from home. Staff not one bit interested in helping customers . I was told the app had changed, and should download a QR code from the dressing room?? They would not help with bra fitting for my daughter, no empathy, appalling customer service. Very disimiveive. I asked to speak to the manager. At first was told manager was on a lunch break and no one was available. Then eventually I found a manager who was worse than useless and offered no help or solutions. This store does not want to deal with people. Went next door, got great service. Spent €200 will never go to M & S again. Standards and customer service non existent. Lovely counter assistants. Small home section but still well stocked. Decent men's and women's sections. Women's lingerie was a bit disorganised, their Douglas shop is much better in that regard, easier to find things. Purchased a lovely mug and a frying pan! The food section looks really good but I didn't pop in this time.

Splendid array of fresh foods. Great staff and speedy service.

I left the shop feeling extremely upset and even in tears. If the job of the bra fitting staff is to ruin somebody’s self-confidence and make upsetting comments, then they are certainly excelling at it. My experience was disheartening, to say the least. The staff appeared absent, and when I tried to involve another person for assistance, I was met with raised voices insisting that only one person should be involved. However, there was nobody else available to help me at the time. Moreover, despite my needs and concerns, the staff was adamant to help with bras and just repeating that bras were too small for me. This experience left me feeling humiliated and unsupported. I believe that a more empathetic and helpful approach would greatly benefit the store's customers. My hope is that future visitors receive the assistance and consideration they deserve.

I love the loyalty card system in M&S, I think it’s better value than a lot of other supermarkets in Ireland. I do think the clothing section could be rejigged. I was unable to find any swimwear here in May but there was plenty of knitwear for sale.

I love shopping here, great quality but a tad expensive for the everyday shop.

The lady in the underwear section was so helpful think her name was jenny she went above and beyond to help me was in the store around 9pm tonight

Friday 16:45 and ALL the fitting rooms are closed because they are "too busy". As told to me by 3 sales assistants standing around complaining about a coworker. Clearly busy.....

Mary who works in the bra department of Mark's & Spencers went above and beyond to make sure everyone got sorted. She created such a warm and fun atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable. She’s amazing!

Excellent service from Collette in the bra fitting department. Worth travelling for the quality of product and knowledge of staff. Shaun on the tills signed us up for Sparks offer which was great. Very pleased!!!

Would highly recommend sparks and mencers to all my friends and family got a bottle of milk there yesterday and it went down like mothers milk great shop 10/10

Got measured and fitted for a bra in M & S. Bought the recommended size. Wore the t-shirt bra for an hour and it started hurting me. It marked my chest. I do not recommend getting any underwear from them. The bra must of been faulty. Over rated store and product
