Supposed to open at 9am on a Saturday. Outside from 8.59am to 9.07am. Tried to knock on the window to get the girl’s attention (who was walking around and ignoring me) tried waving, still ignored me. Gave up and left. Wouldn’t be bothered shopping here again.

Store as store is fine BUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Ive had in Opera Lane is something else. The girl at the till has been totally unaproachable I got to self service needed her a second, she pretended she doesnt hear me the second time she just put the hand up and said "wait" to me making me stand there like an idiot next to her. I literally needed her a minute maybe, to help on self service till to process the voucher that was suppose to expire soon but in the end it actually expired cuz the till didnt process it and after the scan it went missing but after all ABSOLUTELY I didnt wanna call her back with that behavior as she just typed in quickly as she is the busiest in her life leaving me there to figure. Whatever almost left the staff there but didnt for reasons I actually do like H&M clothes but this service...

MMmm I love plastic clothes, they make me feel so good I love microplastics in my water, in my fish, in my belly, god damn even in my pet cat's belly. Thank you for your service to ourselves.

Tbh they are not that friendly as you can expected. I went there to ask for a shoes that online was saying they have my size on the store and when I get there and I ask for my size they didn't even try to look for it on their warehouse and just said they didn't have it. I do not recommend to go to the store honestly.

The layout of the store is nice and they had a good set up for covid safety. Why I'm only giving 3 stars is for the lack of sizing selection. Many of the pieces I looked at were only in store in XS/S/M. H&M need to have a better selection of larger sizes in store. What's the point in going to the shop to end up having to order needed size online. Being able to try on your size instore would be much more inclusive and would reduce carbon footprint also. As a brand, they could do a lot to improve.

Hardly has anything good unlike the one in cork that's for sure 😂

Everything is great and I am a great fan of H&M but... beware of the price tags in the shop! They are often not updated. I went to buy a belt which was €5.99 two weeks before. I already saw the new price of €7.99 on the website that day so I was prepared for it. In the shop it was still with the old price tag but the best was about to come... at the till I paid €8.99... No idea why... It was my first visit at the shop and I think I'll stick with the online app...

This is the best store to shop in at Cork. At present there is no competition for this standard of retail. The staff are excellent and Very helpful. This store is run by an excellent store manager and the staff show how well it is run. They opened H&M Home 7th September 2023 and I would highly recommend a visit to this. Sign up their member plus app because there is always savings to be made with this. Thank you for such an excellent welcome for H&M Home Opening today as a customer.

Was in shop today with my friend and wanted to get signed up for a store card, met the most beautiful girl called Julia who took the time and patience to help us out... So grateful to have met her thanks so much and keep up the good work Julia

I went here to donate some clothes I no longer needed, friendly staff. They give us a coupon in the H&M app which gives discount for the next purchase.

The sales assistants were very nice and patient with my non english speaker friend, she help us out to find a jacket and also ask us and explain us about the members club discounts and all that. The store was clean and tidy no messy hangers or clothes being put everywhere. So overall a really good experience.

Met one of the nicest store assistant today in opera lane store sorry I didn't ask her name but she works in the children department in the store. While I was waiting for my daughter and granddaughter to finish shopping and I was minding bags this assistant starting talking to me and was so kind to get me a stool out of the changing room to sit on as she knew I was feeling tired well done to H and M for training such kind staff

Always find something nice here, for my daughter especially. Great quality and affordable.

Great choice of clothes that suit different styles. Nice to see that there is a large men's section too. However, It is hard to find some sizes sometimes.

Great big spacious shop, fantastic prices and designs. But, plus sizes online only? Very very disappointed.

I am on a crutches as I've had my knees replaced . I couldn't get the lift to work and was trying the stairs but after a few steps I was having problems. Then out of nowhere a security guard asked me if I wanted me him to take my bags and helped me down the stairs. I was so grateful..I didn't get his name but he wore a beard.He was a credit to the store.please give him my thanks .

Bright clean well stocked good prices. Great changing rooms. I have never had a negative experience in this store.

Bought a nice jumper one day out of lockdown. Was going to get a belt a very nice manager came up to me as I placed it against my side to see if it would fit and shouted at me to to not try things on, as I tried to explain I'm not putting it on just checking if it fits she advised in a very passive aggressive tone yeah sorry no. Good job h and m master class in customer service.

Everything u need up stairs nd down stairs But it's hard to find staff downstairs when there running up stairs for something. MORE STAFF is needed. Girls and boys clothes sizes are crazy you have lots of different colours styles ect but you don't got sizes for girls ages 11 but needs sizes 13,14 same goes for boys ,

Very clean. But when looking for something I was a bit lost. I think was the wrong day.

10/10, I was in the last day I had no idea what to get my girlfriend for her birthday. A girl in there named Rebecca helped me on the bottom floor and she was the absolute best. I wouldn’t have such great gifts if it wasn’t for her. Thank you !!
