It was good experience visiting the store Dont forget to check the guidelines about visiting the store You can not try it there, you have to buy it take it to your home, and if you want to return it there is 30 day validity. I was there to buy shoe, which it wasnt allowed to even try, as per government rules. I was there without an appointment, as i was unaware about it But, staff was too sweet n helpful, she let me take the slot which was not came on time. The pricing was good, not so costly no so cheap I would give 3.5 for materials And 4.5 for prizing

A bit hectic. Staff always looked stressed. Especially the changing room ones.

Great shop, prices are really good and even better when there's a sale.

Shocking. My daughter was told she could use the changing room by a staff member. There was a rail closing the entrance so my daughter asked again if she could use it and was told it was fine. 2 minutes later some tall bleached haired spider looking staff member walked in and looked in to my daughter who was changing and told her to get out. Then walked away. So dam rude. And to walk into a 13 year old changing. Absolutely disgusting. Pity because the other staff were very nice.

This company have literally stolen my money!! Bought items in Mahon Point and was told my card didn’t go through and did it again. Looked at my statement 2 days later to realise I was charged twice! Rang Mahon Point and they told me there was nothing they could do?? Had to ring customer service and they told me I had to email proof. Did that and no response for a week. Rang again - no help, told me they’d escalate it. After another week still no response I rang again and once again got through to a very unhelpful customer service agent who didn’t have any idea of when I’d get my money back or even a response. I’ve not got one apology or even someone that could help. Shocking customer service team.

An underrated clothing store in Cork City. Located on the ground floor of Mahon Point Shopping Centre, it has a large span women's section and a very impressive mens section with some great style and deals.

Went there today with my granddaughter the staff were the rudest I’ve met in a long time I will never go there again.
