As a guy, I can't say too much. My girlfriend likes the place. What can be said on my part. The layout is fabulous. The lighting is pleasant. The staff seemed friendly enough. They helped when requested and left you alone when you were shopping. The entrance was wheelchair accessible. #accessible

Good selection of items to choose from, good service from staff when you could find one.

Reduced in store coat €12 and top €9 love a bargin.

Excellent quality of clothes at a reasonable price. Mainly for women. Good store layout.

Spacious store with lot's of variety to choose from especially in the shoe department of the store.

Needs to be cleaned. The changing room are a disgrace. Paper ripping off the walls, curtains half hanging. Very poor lighting. Even the escalator was dirty. Won't be going back.

There wasn't much of a variety of clothes in store when I went in there, everything seemed way too spaced out. And staff weren't all too accommodating. Although I only knew of 1 working in there, when I asked for help, they sent me to the other staff member, who I couldn't find.

Went here with my 12 year old daughter to try and find something for her Confirmation. She's at that funny age where she's too old for the kids section but too young for the women's section. New look in Opera Lane had a huge range to choose from to suit all shapes and sizes. She picked out a selection to try on. It was mid week, a school day, and early morning so shop wasn't too busy so she had time to try on all the dresses without feeling rushed. Aisling was on duty in the changing rooms that day and was extremely helpful with getting different sizes, different dresses she hadn't thought about which might suit. She even went to the trouble of ringing other stores to see if they had a dress in a smaller size and arranging for it to be held. Delighted to say we came out of NL with not 1 but 3 dresses with another 2 in mind to order online. She wore her pick of dress on her Confirmation day and received so many compliments. Would definitely recommend NL

A reasonable place to buy fashion and affordable for clothes and other stuff.

New look Opera Lane at approx 4.30 this afternoon I was in your store ... the hand sanitizer was empty .. on the ground floor there was No member of staff .. at all present ... I went up to the cash desk on the 1st floor and asked the assistant if there was anybody on the floor and she said no sorry .. SO ONE ASSISTANT IN NEW LOOK AT 4.30 on a Sat OUTRAGEOUS TO THAT GIRL AND YOUR COVID RESTRICTIONS WERE NON EXISTENT..... Marie Cotter

The clothes are gone shocking here. Long queues as they dont open down stairs tills. The sense of dress is gone out the window. Id say they wont last too long.

Very large store located alone Opera Lane. Selection of women's clothes varying in size from petite, standard, maternity and plus sized. Men section is located upstairs and often showcases great new styles. Also has a makeup and accessories section on the ground floor.

I absolutely LOVE new look as I've been shopping here for years. I was really taking back today when I entered the shop with my daughter. The security guard who was wearing a fake Canada goose jacket was very intimidating, he kept staring at us as if we had 2 heads and followed us around the shop which made me feel very uncomfortable. I went in to buy a pair of high heels but I came across a pants I liked so I picked it up I could feel his eyes staring at me so I headed down to the shoe department by the stairs. I was just stepping off the last step when the Security guard ran up behind jumped in front of me and stood there staring at me with his arms folded and chest out. Now I understand he's a job to do but the carry on today out of him was a bit over the top, I spotted a few bits I wanted to buy but I felt so Intimidated by the security guard I decided I'd just leave. So I went back up stairs to pay for my item and there he was again right behind me. I've never stolen a thing in my life and everything I own I worked hard for. This Security guard was on a total power trip today. I will not be returning to this new look as long as robocop is working there..
