Ethiopian blend is well balanced with nice sweet tones. Have reviewed lots of coffee and would recommend this company. I used 17 grams from bean to cup via aeropress with two filters for total brew time of 2min and 30 sec. Yes im into coffee. Really enjoyed the flavours and wish the company well. Highly recommended.
