Bought my new corner couch and it was delivered and promptly set up. Looks fabulous, great quality and really comfortable. So pleased with the product and the service received, from the delivery guys to Lorraine in the showroom.

Shocking customer service. They hit a frame off my wall when delivering our matress which smashed to pieces, glass went everywhere. They left residue marks on each step of my stairs and hall carpet. Packaging was covered with a yellow residue.They scratched the walls also. They never offered to help pick up one piece of the glass. I contacted the Sligo store numerous times and they said they would call back. I then contacted the castlebar office & I was told they would contact their manager. Again no call back or replacement given. Very negative customer experience.

I bought a mirror online and when I received it I checked it quickly to make sure it hadn’t been damaged in transit as I received one previously that was damaged. I was doing renovations so it was about a month after my purchase that I hung the mirror. I noticed immediately that there was a flaw in the glass and it was making images look distorted. I contacted customer service and was dealing with Dean. I explained about the flaw but he kept saying we have a two week return policy. I told him I understood that but explained how I hadn’t hung the mirror straight away so hadn’t notice the fault. He was not having any of it. I refused to accept this as it was a faulty product so in my opinion it didn’t matter that it was outside of the two weeks return policy. He eventually said he’d speak to a manager and come back to me but he never did. I sent two emails that he didn’t reply to and I rang three times and left messages asking him to ring me back but he didn’t. Shocking customer service. I had to replace the glass in the mirror at my own cost as I couldn’t live with looking at this flaw. Giving it a 1 star as there is no lower option.

I have bought from Castle Davitt for years and honestly I can't say that everything went well and I have brought my step daughter in to the shop & she was delighted with the quality, prices & how friendly the staff were and she also was given a new home present so well done to everyone at Castle Davitt & a huge thank you to Phillis who was the back bone and the best possible person who said it as it was & thank you for all your years of trust and support Philis & it's one shop that l am going to go first and the only shop that you can come out off laughing no matter whether you have purchased anything on that particular day but the furniture is beautiful and doing up rooms really gives you an idea of how it would work in your own home. The most comfortable shop that you will ever experience visiting & will be the first choice you return to because first impressions are the ones people remember. Thanks to everyone for the past??? years.

When ever i go in here there is always a friendly member of staff to greet you. They all so helpful and really know their products. Went in for bedding today came out happy as usual. Love everything in there so much to choose from and they have a way of setting out furniture etc a pleasure to shop in there
