I was in elverys gorey the other day getting school shoes. One of my kids has wide flat feet so it can be awkward getting shoes. It took absolutely ages and the girl that looked after us was absolutely amazing. She never made it feel like we were too much trouble even though the poor girl was in and out of the back like a yoyo. In the end we had decided on a shoe but she didn't have the size so she talked me through how to get them from elverys online. I didn't get her name but both her and the other girl that was on shoes that day were amazing. I've honestly never had a service like that in any other sports shop usually the shoes are handed to me and I have to size them myself but she actually showed me I was doing it wrong and what to actually look for when trying on shoes. All in all it was an excellent experience and I wish I had the girls name so elverys know they have some excellent staff in that store.

Very few staff working so difficult to have kids try on different sizes etc. Good offer on with buy one get one half price. Not a lot of stock but good offer.

The shelves are over Croasdale there is not clear distinction between the women's and men's sections
