Good pint of Guinness Clean n tidy with character Only problem was toilets upstairs as u get older 😂 or younger n u drinking more !!!

Bouncers were rude. Tried to meet some family friends. Was refused because they were “too busy”. But let 5 people in. Was very disappointed, would not recommend.

Great no fuss genuine city bar. Staff are friendly, and the beer is spot on.

Oh WOW, I just had a wonderful experience here today. Normally you would get a pot of tea with 1 Teabag but a fine Irish brew you will get here. The staff are so lovely and the pricing is outstanding value. The seating was also very comfortable. Great venue xx

Just strolling around the city and popped in. We sat out side watching the world hussle around us. Had 2 lovely pints of Birra Moretti and had a bit of banter with the welcoming and friendly staff. Def worth a try

When I was in Cork, this pub became my QG as they say in France. (Headquarters - Quartier Général 😂) That is to say the place I frequented all the time! Super friendly staff. Good beer, good music. Very good time spent there!

I was in Cork for the weekend and needed somewhere to watch EPL..and of thr places I checked out this is by far the best..although the sound couldn't be heard it was definitely buzzing and I went back the next day as a result.. great beers on tap too!

Great bar for live music, top bands on while we were there. No problems getting served even when busy

"They are regulars, so they can stay longer" is what the security guy said to me and my friends as the bar was going to close. We were just finishing our beer, which was almost half done, when the security guy kept pressuring us to leave. The third time he said in a very rude way "hurry up and finish the beer!" I kindly pointed out to him that there were other customers who needed to finish their drinks, and his response was that since they are regular customers they are allowed to stay longer. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT TOURISTS!

I've been here a few times, and now that they've improved the sound system, I'll be coming more often. The location is great. Solid security personnel. Great staff. Great live music.

Don't know if they do food, went for evening drinks and music great night had by all 7 women of a certain age

Great pub great settings watched Cork vDublin on big screen.Will use this pub more often when I am back in Cork.

I'm not usually a fan of Beamish but these fellas know how to pour a great pint of Beamish, I was surprised how good it tasted compared to other times I've had it, if you're in Cork this is a great place to stop for a pint.

Friendly staff, nice bar but very expensive...one of the most expensive in the city centre... €5.80 for a pint of Guinness... Dublin prices. !!

Friendly and welcoming staff and regulars, popped in to escape the heat and crowds in the city centre. Went back there a few times during our stay, the prices were reasonable, live sports showing on the screens

Cantys has become an institution in Cork City and its easy to see why . We found everything was done perfectly from the service which was professional ,warm & friendly to the music. A lovely cosy atmosphere with delicious Guinness . We will defo be back again & highly recommend a visit to Cantys.

Tried Irish coffee and hot whiskey for the first time and it was nice. You can enjoy the sun there if you sit in front of the place. The waiter was friendly
