Grand pub, would be 5 stars but ye weren't taking card when I was there, if that was just the night I was there then I'll change it too 5 stars as I'm sound like that. But not taking card in 2021 is kinda mad.

Clean and tidy, nice staff, warm bar. Meeting rooms upstairs are freezing.

A brilliant local pub, staff are friendly and helpful it has a warm atmosphere and is dog friendly. In other words perfect.

A wonderful place for excellent drinks and conversation - without the interruption of food.

Fantastic bar with lovely staff. It has a fantastic array of the finest spirits one could wish to see in any bar!! Would highly advise a visit for watching sports as it also has a fantastic TV ideally situated for great viewing. Looking forward to going back!!

Great service fantastic pints

Went there about 7pm to meet a friend. On arrival lots of people outdoors. No one managing the door or asking for I.d. This was Christmas eve 2021. Inside was absolutely mobbed with people walking around without face masks. Stayed for about 15 minutes against my better judgement and just got out of the place as quick as I could.

Lovely little pub. Can't comment on the squash, as we only stop for a couple of pints. Always stop here on a Sunday for a couple of drinks with my father in law and family members, when I visit Douglas and Keiron behind the bar is a lovely fella and very helpful. As a squash player will brink my racket next time. Many thanks.

Great bar refreshingly nice to have a few pints over a nice conversation with your friends without music blaring out.and an added bonus of fantastic barmen very relaxed and comfortable.

The bartender is one of the nicest men on the planet. If you've been on the fence about joining a squash club until now, keep thinking about it. It's not for everybody. You could do a lot worse than this place though. TY
