Great food and desserts. Excellent customer service. I ordered through Deliveroo and part of my order was missing, the staff at The Beer Garden were extremely helpful, one staff member delivered the missing order to me. Five stars is well deserved. Service is 💯 excellent. Staff are very welcome, helpful and friendly. Parking is a bit of a bother, so leave the car at home and join the beer garden. Thanks for your amazing service. Food is excellent also and do try the Guinness.

I’ve been coming to the beer garden frequently now for about two years. What a pub, what a restaurant and the service is next to nothing! The staff are an absolute gem to this place.. they all work very hard and the place runs like clock work. The food is also amazing .. always tasty and meets the mark and beyond. Also I have to say a special thanks to one staff members who goes above and beyond every time I’m there .. Mark Mealey.. an absolute gent and tbh I notice when he isn’t working.. his charm and kindness always make me me smile .. he’s a credit to the place. Also Elaine who is an absolute gem.. ye are very lucky to have the staff you have they make the place what it is. 10/10

I had a really nice tasting, well cooked fried breakfast here. The food came out dry with no oil dripping off. The scones were brilliantly as well. Warn with butter, jam, cream and some fresh fruit on the plate as well

I love this place, I often pop in for a lovely roast dinner. My kerry family love when I bring them 2 Over covid, I got a takeaway dinner every Sunday. Every time, it was delicious.

Food was unreal and best pint of Guinness in Cork Service was something else as well. Conan the waiter said he had just started there recently but was extremely confident on everything and made the experience even better. Thanks Conan!

The food here is amazing. My 2 fussy eating children devoured their meals. Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were a party of 7 at short notice. Thanks so much guys we are still talking about the gravy. See ye soon for breakfast heard great things. 5 stars 🌟

Came into this establishment for food. Travelled from Monaghan as children went to Kodaline. Myself and mother decided to have food while we waited. Asked at door do they serve food and was told yes by a friendly chap at door. Came in and was greeted by a nice gentleman who seated us after we enquired about food. That was it then. I had to ask 5mins later for a menu as no one came near us. They I asked a young chap if he could take out order. He Said he'd be back in a sec. 10mins later and still waiting. I then had to approach the same man who seated us and say we were still waiting to be served. He said he would organise that, came back to me 2mins later and we were still there waiting. He took our order then. Mum and I both ordered steak sandwich (we were both asked how would we like it cooked). Mum said we'll done I said rare medium. Food and drink came. Chips were lovely along with salad and pepper sauce. Te meat was more like roast beef from a Sunday dinner and well done. Mum's was so tough she needed the pepper sauce. For €17.95 I wasn't impressed.

Absolutely top class food at this venue. breakfasts and dinners superb. Plenty food per serve great choices and excellent value for money. Staff are beautiful people, friendly & helpful, an all round lovely envirnoment to have a good hwarty meal.

Lively pub with a good musician playing live music. Food is fab with large portions so some ordered half portion meals.Staff were great with a good atmosphere.

Had my son's confirmation here and absolutely couldn't fault them. Food was 10/10 I had guests onto me the next day still saying how nice it was. Portions lovely and big. They were so accomodating and good with the kids who were running around a little bit as kids do. Definitely will be booking more parties here

Talking specifically about the off-licence section. Was ripped off by a junior member of staff on the express (and obvious) instructions of a more senior member. I called it out and it was corrected. The senior member of staff was new; I'm local and had never seen him before. I've never had an issue here before today. I had met the junior member dozens of times with no issue.

Top class food ,went there to celebrate 🍾 my birthday on 25 th April ,excellent food and service, very comfortable and homely bar I will highly recommend it 💯👌

Excellent atmosphere, food good ,busy spot,staff were great,enjoyed our visit.

Firstly the positives Staff were friendly/helpful The food we got was beautiful (turkey & ham & desert) Very slight negatives 1 slice of ham to 4 slices of turkey needs to be a bit more equal. Way to much cream and not enough triffle in the sherry triffle.

I didn't know this pub had such a good food, last time I was there they only served quick sandwiches. The fish and chips is huge, with two pieces of cod and it tastes very good. We were really full but we kept seeing them serving deserts and we decided to try them, and I'm glad we did it because they were just amazing.

Pork was dry no apple sauce or gravy charged four euro for extra mash bacon had parsley sauce poured over it. Won't be returning very bad service and value

This is one of the best pubs on the South Side of Cork for great grub reasonably priced, a great pint and also music at weekends. You couldn't go wrong.

Beautiful food,lovely helpful staff,overall great service.

I would say it it more local pub for people living around but it is a good spot to get a beer or some food/meal. It is quite large area inside plus inner garden and outside garden. Of course outside areas are smoking areas. There are couple of TV's so you don't miss your rugby or football match! There is a pool table and darts. Live music is here too. Not sure what days. Mostly Sundays. Interier is very Irish so it always make an atmosphere. Next door is off licence which belongs to this business if you get a taste to take away beer or wine.
