Nice spot but one of the worst pints of beamish I've had in a very very long time. Had a strong twang and a very nasty aftertaste, plus you're paying the bones of 5 quid for a beamish which will come in an unbranded glass.

The pizza is nice Wouldnt go there if what your looking for is a indoors pub, because most of it its a terrace. It's just a different vibe

A red-haired male working behind the bar definitely needs to work on his manners. Really unpleasant to deal with, doesn't know the word 'thank you'. I won't be be back.

One of the best beer spots I’ve found yet in Cork. They do have a full bar (also a great whiskey selection), but the focus is obviously beer, which is fine with me! I loved everything about it: the selection, the very friendly staff, the atmosphere, the board games, the huge garden space out back, etc. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, so fairly quiet, but I have a hunch this place gets very busy in the evenings. They had a pizza oven and seemed to make a small selection of pizzas. Also a huge selection of canned beers as well. I will definitely be back…often. 🍻

Fun, energetic atmosphere on Douglas Street near Nano Nagle Place. The bar stops serving at 9pm, which is too early on a summers night. Went next door to order pizza and brought it back instead. No problem. The Fionnbarra pizza menu looked good, will have to come back and try it.

Nice pub with plenty of gluten free beer options, 9whitedeer and Bernards. Didn't eat here but menu seems to be pizza and didn't see any gluten free option listed on the board. Great outdoorsy feel about the place and staff are efficient and friendly.

Great bar in Cork! Nice selection of beer and the outside is what makes it really, really cool space. Staff are friendly and the music was fantastic 👌 Just wish you could hear it outside, that would be perfect!

My fave local bar. Cute cosy all seasons beer garden where you can bring your dogs. Huge selection of drinks & yummy pizza (they also do gluten free bases)

Great atmosphere in a very cool and relaxed space. Lots of board games available if that’s your thing and huge beer garden, which is covered if it’s raining, allowing smokers to not having to come outside the bar.

Fionnbarra bar in Cork is a must-visit for anyone looking for a great pizza and beer place, or sumner hangout time . The rustic interior creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, also they combine the old Irish bar and various of art in the every single place. and the staff are friendly and attentive. They have fresh pizzas with a particular highlight on the fresh meat options. The price was fair (12-15€) . The drinks menu is equally impressive, with a vast selection of beers, wines, and spirits. Especially they have draft beer which is classic. Overall, Fionnbarra Restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you wanna experience the local place.

Great pub, with fantastic outdoor garden and loads of space. Pizzas were tasty and paired well with an extensive beer selection. To top it all off a doggo called Ezra who was obviously a local came by to say hi.

Homely feel & great vibes; perfect for a staff night out. Drinks were at the usual price & the pizza tasted fresh

Good selection of drinks and generally good service.. unfortunately one bar staff chose to serve a man over my shoulder who was clearly not waiting as long as I was and when I point it out to said barman they chose to not to serve me.. thankfully his colleague had more grace and stepped in to server me.. thought we were beyond that behaviour in this day and age 🙄

This is my new favourite spot. My friends and I come here every week to play board games, very relaxed atmosphere and staff are so nice! Plus pizza is a bonus

Not been here before, not sure why! Fionnbarra is great auld spot near enough the centre of Cork. Came in on a lunchtime in the middle of the week when other nearby places weren't open. Great drinks selection and unique pizza menu. Bit of a student vibe, but not in a bad way - not least given the wallet-friendly prices compared to the rest of the city. Oh, and we could bring the dog through to their covered (and heated) outdoor space out back. So, win win all round.

Always a good time in Fionns. Alternative take on a pub but executed well. From the pizza, to the beer and the vibe, it's only top class! Check it out!

Great pub👍 the selection is great, the staff are friendly and the aesthetic is beautiful. Plus it's pet friendly which i love. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that their last call is communicated through flashing the lights on and off. If you suffer from seizures just be aware of that.

One of the best pubs in Cork. Top notch ambiance, spacious and with a mad selection of pints! Great food and lovely staff. Keep it up lads.

Great spot for a pint and a pizza apres work. Can be a bit busy though so knock off early and grab a table. Don't be surprised if someone reserves a table right out from underneath you though, a scandalous policy that drives me mad. Look after the customers you have spending money now not the ones on the phone.

We chose to go here because it is dog friendly. And that is why we will be returning. Lovely staff, great choice of beer.

A fantastic pub, with an enormous covered outdoor area at the back. The atmosphere was excellent as we're the freshly made pizzas.

Very cool place, good drinks, chill vibes, comfy chairs, you can play board games and bring dogs, so easily one of the best places to grab a pint!

So I I in Milan and while we we’re there I kept saying I’m not sure this holds up to Fionnbarras. Needless to say this won’t down with some scepticism. When we got back I invited my friends to Fionnbarras to compare. While I was here and enjoying the nice pizza I confirmed this with staff, only to be told to go back to Milan. Really liked this place. Encouraged friends to come and spend money, only to have it thrown back in my face. Not cool. At least the service I expected here when trying to convince was meant to be up to scratch. It was the pizza that was in question. Now I’m not so sure. I know the pizza here tastes great. It’s such a shame for the service to be down. Thought I’d never complain about this place

One of the coolest beer gardens in Cork city. Just had the one beer, as had a meal booked in the fantastic Iberian Way next door, but had a large selection.

👍👍 Awesome place to grab a bite to eat and have a nice drink or three in downtown Cork. I had the fish and chips and the wife had the lamb stew...they were both perfect. Service was first rate and I'd highly recommend heading to the bar for a talk with the experts on a food whiskey choice! You cant...

👍 Crazy good prices on food and beverages. You sacrifice attentive service, but everyone I talked to there was pleasant and helpful. The food was good and there were actually a number of beers that I have not seen elsewhere in the Cork area. I would not say this is a must do if visiting from abroad, b...
