We
usually
have
a
good
time
at
Woolshed
watching
the
Rugby
but
the
last
occasion
was
very
unpleasant
for
a
few
reasons.
First,
we
watched
the
game
without
commentary
(it's
the
second
time
this
has
happened,
last
time
it
cut
out
half
way
through
the
game).
It
was
strange
though
because
although
we
couldn't
hear
the
commentary
at
our
table,
it
was
playing
(for
our
game)
in
the
bathroom.
We
were
told
that
they
would
turn
it
on,
after
asking
a
few
times,
but
nobody
did…
and
it
didn’t
seem
like
anyone
was
working
on
the
issue
(like
they
did
the
last
time
it
happened)
Second,
the
screens
kept
switching.
This
means
we
would
be
watching
a
screen
to
one
side
which
would
suddenly
switch
over
to
another
soccer
game,
so
we
would
all
have
to
suddenly
turn
around
and
watch
another
screen
on
the
other
side
of
the
room,
hoping
we
didn't
miss
anything.
This
wouldn't
have
been
too
much
of
a
bother
if
it
didn't
happen
about
a
dozen
times.
The
final
reason
we
didn't
have
a
good
time
was
because
we
were
forced
to
settle
the
bill
and
got
kicked
out
of
our
seats
before
the
game
was
even
over.
We
received
a
notice
on
our
table
when
we
arrived
that
our
table
was
booked
by
other
customers
for
5pm
so
we
knew
that
we
had
to
leave
for
the
next
lot
(which
is
annoying
as
it
is)
but
the
supervisor
came
to
tell
us
to
leave
at
4:52,
even
though
there
were
just
4
minutes
left
of
the
game.
And
she
did
so
in
a
very
rude
and
uncaring
manner,
too.
Scolding
us
like
school
children
(who
hadn't
even
misbehaved).
We
absolutely
understand
that
you
have
a
new
booking
coming
in
and
that
we
need
to
vacate,
but
being
bossed
around
and
sassed
about
it
was
not
a
very
enjoyable
experience...
especially
before
the
time
we
actually
had
to
leave,
and
before
our
game
was
even
over.
Not
that
customers
should
be
shoo'd
from
their
seats
in
any
case
-
fix
your
bookings.
We
all
(about
8
of
us
from
different
tables)
had
to
stand
awkwardly
to
the
side
of
the
room
watching
a
single
screen
with
no
commentary
for
last
NAIL
BITING
minutes
of
a
very
close
game.
It
felt
like
the
establishment
was
done
with
us
now
that
we
had
had
our
food
and
drink
and
paid
our
bill,
and
it
felt
very
unwelcoming.
The
new
customers
did
not
arrive
even
after
5:15pm
(when
we
finished
our
drinks
and
departed).
To
add
to
the
insult,
we
felt
quite
singled
out
as
foreigners
because
every
one
of
us
South
Africans,
sitting
at
4
different
tables
in
that
section
(all
strangers),
reluctantly
gave
up
our
seats
before
5pm
but
the
one
table
of
Irish
lads
did
not,
even
after
the
same
supervisor
requested
them
to
move.
Eventually,
they
were
simply
served
another
round
of
drinks
at
their
table.
I
wondered
where
all
the
supervisor's
harsh
attitude
went
when
dealing
with
her
own
countrymen.
It
just
didn't
feel
good
and
I
am
hesitant
to
make
another
booking
at
Woolshed.
We
do
understand
that
you
have
a
lot
of
bookings
to
manage
but
it
needs
to
be
handled
better,
especially
when
customers
go
to
Woolshed
to
watch
a
game,
we
should
at
least
be
assured
of
our
spot
for
the
duration
of
that
game.
You
need
to
be
more
customer
oriented
or
you
will
lose
customers.
Your
booking
system
needs
improvement
so
that
we
may
book
a
longer
time
period,
to
account
for
possible
overtime
and
just
a
damned
minute
to
finish
our
beers
(and
extra
time
for
table
cleaning
and
changes).
Also,
many
of
your
staff
have
been
excellent
and
incredibly
friendly
but
the
supervisor
in
charge
on
that
particular
shift
should
not
be
working
in
customer
service,
period.
She
did
nothing
to
help
ease
the
situation,
or
accommodate
anyone
and
made
us
all
feel
tense
and
unwanted
with
an
overbearing
attitude
right
off
the
bat…
well,
to
us
foreigners
anyway…
the
Irishmen
at
the
other
table
seemed
to
get
her
good
side.
