What an absolute gem! This is absolutely a must-stop location for any cocktail enthusiasts or those interested in trying creative drinks inspired by local agriculture. We originally stopped in, hoping to order a couple of drinks before moving on to another cocktail spot so that we were able to try out both places during our only night in Cork. After our first sips, we changed our plan and settled in at Cask. The flavors in the drinks were incredibly unique, like nothing we'd ever had before. During our visit, we ended up working through the entire menu, and were pleasantly surprised by a couple of drinks that didn't sound quite as exciting on paper. Throughout our tasting journey, we were really appreciative of the staff checking to make sure we would like some of the ingredients/spirits before fully ordering a drink (e.g., Poitín). We also had some great chats with Dan about the journeys of the bar and the cocktail scene in Ireland broadly. If you find yourself in Cork, do yourself a favor and stop by for a drink.

I recently visited the restaurant, and it was truly exceptional. The wine selection was outstanding, the food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the ambience was perfect. From start to finish, it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended! I just think they need more staff. The staff there were quite busy.

It’s an amazing cocktail bar. Highly recommended & loved by the locals, and I can really see why. It was fully booked when we arrive, and it’s a sitting only restaurant/bar no standing, so we couldn’t get in. So if you like to visit do make a reservation. When we visit the second time, the door man was nice enough to let us have a drink at the entrance until a table became available. All the waiting was totally worth it, one of the best cocktail bar I’ve visited. The bar tender can make anything you just name it. We had like at least 4 p.p. The music & atmosphere was great, and even the nibbles were super tasty. Highly recommend Guacamole & Olives. 😋 Would def visit again.

Really good cocktails here. We didn't have food but it looked good. Large selection of cocktails that I have never tried but they also make all the classics. Can be busy so I would advise booking in advance for larger parties. We came here Saturday at 4.30 and got one of the last tables in the outdoor seating area.

Place is gorgeous, staff are so friendly, cocktails are fab, the food is so tasty, sharing options mainly, the outdoor seating is gorgeous with a lovely water feature at the back. Great atmosphere. Will be returning.

We just had to go back! The cocktails were unique and professionally crafted. The food was delicious. We went back for a late snack of the chicken wings - delightfully fried with yummy dipping sauces. The service was kind, approachable and most importantly knowledgeable. They make sure to match the cocktail with your taste and preferences. A beautiful setting with a natural waterfall on the terrace. The atmosphere can’t be beat ! A total gem in the heart of Cork.

Come here often, wonderful spot. Great cocktails and small plates. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Outdoor section is nice as well when weather permits!

Amazing place for seasonal Irish-style tapas and inventive cocktails. The outdoor seating has a wonderful ambiance, nestled between two buildings with a waterfall at the back. All the food is made to order, portioned generously, cooked perfectly and is flavored really well.

Cool place for drinks and some nibbles. The bar inside is very nice and cozy. Outside tables in the courtyard have a view on a small waterfall. Service is very friendly and helpful. Close to the train station (5min)

We stayed at Issac’s Hotel in Cork and Cask is right next door. Had cocktails our first day and then again our second. It’s the most popular cocktail place in Cork and for good reason! Extensive craft cocktails and huge selection. Small bites menu is amazing and chances seasonally. Local ingredients! Would highly suggest sitting at the bar…it’s quite the show! Eoin (pronounced Owen) and Charlotte were behind the bar and made wonderful cocktail suggestions and we so knowledgeable and fun. Got the 1/2 and 1/2 board…cheese and meat selection on point. DJ in the evenings giving it a hip vibe! Run to this place!!!

I can't put into words how delighted I am to have such a fantastic cocktails spot in Cork. Their cocktail menu that changes seasonally is an absolute treat and I am always excited to try out the new menu whenever I'm in there. You can tell the people behind the bar love what they do and are engaged in creating interesting and unique cocktails with love and passion. The atmosphere and space is also out of this world with a running waterfall, smooth music and plenty of outside seating. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for doing the best in Europe right on our doorstep Cask!

This place was amazing and worth every cent. Everything we got was phenomenal from the beautiful food and delicious Cocktails. It's easy to see why it's so popular and booking in essential. The place was crazy busy and the staff must be well use to it, the service wasn't hindered one bit. I will definitely call back when I'm in Cork again. The location is great right in the city. I would have loved to stay longer but we had a show to attend.

Cask is definitely our favourite spot for both food and cocktails in Cork. The staff are always so friendly. Love their selection of cocktails and their food is always amazing!! I would recommend booking here in advance.

3.5/5 Food was good, cocktails are nothing to brag about. Waiters seemed a bit frazzled and our table ended up waiting around 40mins for a plate that they forgot. It also happened with a drink order which they charged us for, but then took off as it never came. Service would need to be improved for me to go back.

Excellent staff, Excellent Tapas and wonderful Cocktails 🍹. We had a fantastic time and a special mention to Diane. Such a warm and welcoming person, very attentive. I’d definitely recommend Cask and really looking forward to my next visit.

The atmosphere is cool and moody and staff are pleasant and welcoming. We were seated straight away which was a nice surprise. So we had decided to order from the cocktails menu which look really different but unfortunately our cocktails were in sherry glasses, which are quite small but being charge normal prices expected for a regular volume cocktail was a complete rip off.

One of the only places around that serves late night food!!?! A no brainer for this American. Food is great, cocktails are perfect. A great location from several hotels and typical Irish pubs. Atmosphere is comfy, romantic.

Everything about Cask was absolutely lovely besides the beef dish that had very little meat and was mostly fat and gristle which is why I couldn't give it the full 5 stars. The ambiance is a 5 star so it's a great place to take a date. The tapas are high quality but I have had better for lower prices locally.

Despite turning up without a booking, I was seated immediately, but was then left to wait for a good 20 minutes or so before I caught a staff members attention, and was able to order. I ordered a drink and some chips. Again I had quite a lengthy wait for them to arrive, but both were very enjoyable when they did eventually turn up. Cask is a gorgeous restaurant/bar and the staff are lovely, but I had to mark them down because of the amount of time I had to wait. I completely understand that they were super busy, but I did feel that I was somewhat overlooked as a solo customer.

Lovely food/cocktails and great service. But they won't allow bill to be split more than 2 ways. Very difficult for our group of 5 especially as most people now pay by card. Would discourage me from going with a group again.

Great food. Not a fan of the cocktails from the menu, but they'll make any cocktail you ask for and those are nice.

I have been there yesterday. Want to say that food and cocktails are unbelievable and unique. A huge thank you to the staff who were serving us, I did a requested to bring a cake with candles to my table in the end of the evening and I didn’t expect that they are going to do it, thank you very much again for that amazing evening. Highly recommend this place

Fantastic place for a birthday party or even to meet with friends! Myself and some friends booked a table outside for a dinner together and Leandro and the other staff not only they gave us the best table, overlooking the waterfall, but the food, the drinks and the service were top notch! Highly recommend it !!!

Visiting Corck for the first time for business and stayed in the Isaac's hotel. The next door fancy restaurant was closed so headed out here. What a goid decision it was!! Lovely atmosphere and sat outside, staff were extremely professional even tho it was super busy they paid attention to everyone and service was top notch. Asked for a recommendation from a waiter and got The Crab and Prawn Pill Pill, chips and a Mocktail (left the design to the bar master to come up with something as a surprise) and I have not enjoyed a meal like this in awhile!! Perfect combo of buttery seafood and s lovely mocktail to refresh and elevate the taste. Thank you!!
