Got turned away because I wore a Christmas jumper. Didn’t realise a jumper with a Santa hat is offensive now

Very nice bar .. service very good.. Only thing I didn't like is the coffee machine close to proximity to my ears.. other than that I think the place is underrated...

Quaint traditional bar with plenty of seating and a very friendly bartender. The prices are extremely reasonable and was probably the cheapest place we visited on our trip. The toasted ham sandwich was divine!!! Can't rave enough about it.

Great place, a must visit local pub. Edit: this bar may not be the closest bar to my house but it definitely is my favourite bar. I've also figured out the pints are some of the best priced around.

Called in on a Wednesday night while waiting on a bus. Good crowd there enjoying a band. There is another section of the pub if you don't want to hear the music.. The pint of the was fairly good.. Fine pub.

👍👍 Awesome place to grab a bite to eat and have a nice drink or three in downtown Cork. I had the fish and chips and the wife had the lamb stew...they were both perfect. Service was first rate and I'd highly recommend heading to the bar for a talk with the experts on a food whiskey choice! You cant...

The food was good and there were actually a number of beers that I have not seen elsewhere in the Cork area. I would not say this is a must do if visiting from abroad, b...
