Hadn’t been here since before Covid but I’m delighted to say that it still has the best Eggs Benedict in Cork! Gloriously tasty, consistent, friendly service and good value - what more could you want?

Excellent dinner of Rib Eye and the special, corned beef. Started with a mackerel cake and finished with a delicious Key Lime Pie. Service was very good. 10/10!!

What I got: Poached pear French toast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had two servers, one of whom was absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, the other was quite cold and made the experience feel quite rushed by the end. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food came quick enough. PS: to the server with pink hair, hmu 🫣

Had the eggs Benedikt with potatoes and mushrooms and the pancakes. Both were extremely delicious and i would recommend that place to everyone staying in town. A true highlight to our holiday, best wishes from Germany

I’m pretty picky when it comes to ratings. An average meal that satisfies me but isn’t extraordinary gets 3 stars. But this restaurant has earned all 5 stars. In addition to having delicious, high quality food, it’s set a few new records for more: best calamari I’ve ever had (I try it at every restaurant I encounter that serves it), and best, most attentive, and friendly wait staff. It was very personal service. Highly recommend this restaurant, the people running it alone make me want to come back.

Had dinner there recently with 2 friends. Very good vegan choices available - including dessert! I had a delicious aubergine dish for main course, which came complete with potatoes and veg, and a yummy vegan sundae for dessert. I must really commend Liberty Grill for providing such good vegan options. It really is a lovely restaurant, and the staff are always so friendly. Breakfast there is definitely an experience worth having - American style options, with lots of vegan choices. Love it 😊

Great range of vegan dishes. I had the grilled aubergine; it was delicious. Staff very kindly swapped the baby potatoes for sweet potato wedges. They had run out of the dessert special, but had a back up, which was vegan too; it was amazing, the best salted caramel sundae. The drinks were great too. Husband was impressed with his dishes too: fish, followed by key lime pie. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Wow! As vegan I came without big expectations, but it was just amazing. We took the vegan Caesar salad and the tempeh burger and they were both excellent! Also the service was super good. Highly recommended

Liberty Grill has this amazing atmosphere, not too crowded, lovely style. Great locally sourced foods, all in their own uniqueness, and they even have a map of on the wall showing which foods come from which local supplier. The staff is always amazing and helpful, and make you feel right at home. If they don't have a table free, you can leave your number, and they'll text you once a table is almost ready. Definitely my favorite spot in Cork for brunch so far! Always a lovely experience.

Always amazing. Every time I visit the menu has changed slightly and yet everything is still amazing. Great quality. Great price. Amazing coffee. Lovely staff. One of my favorite spots to grab a breakfast in the city.

Loved their seared beef salad for lunch. Tender beef and very sophisticated flavor. Felt like some staff could be nicer, but honestly the service is good, considering how busy this place is. I'd love to go back, and would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Nice environment, good food but not too much varieties available honestly. It's called GRILL but does not give nothing grilled. Do not go if you are starving and alone. Go if you wanna show off only. Portion ridiculous small.

Great food and service, the atmosphere is nice but not very calm. There is a lot of "... of the week" things e.g. sweet of the week. It is very central, there is no parking spots available, but that is to be expected in the middle of Cork.

Easily the best breakfast I've ever had. The peach french toast was to die for and I will probably dream about it for years to come. But even their basics are exceptional. Just some simple scrambled eggs were also perfectly cooked. And, the staff are super friendly.

a year ago We were originally meant to go somewhere else but it was booked out. We managed to snag a table here what was told to be the last one left. Thank God we did. Warm, inviting atmosphere. Great lighting. Staff were a credit to the place. Very friendly and attentive. Made us feel relaxed. Then the food came and we could tell why this place has such a good reputation. I got the rib eye steak and it was cooked to perfection. The chips were incredible. Key lime pie then was what sealed the deal. I will 100% come back here again. Fantastic place. I would reccomend this place to everybody and have done so to my friends and family.

Service was the best part of the breakfast for both me and my girlfriend, She has Franch toast and being honest just tasted like a fired egg on top of bread bun, I had Johnny cakes, they where grand but the chocolate sauce does not go with them Used to love the library grill years back but now it was a very meh experience where the service was the best part

In Cork for my anniversary, came here for breakfast with my wife. Have to say just top quality all round. From extremely friendly service to a delicious breakfast!! Really well priced as well ! If I'm ever back in Cork, breakfast will be here !

Very friendly & helpful staff, food was served pretty quickly. I had the eggs Benedict which iv heard are the best in cork…. It was good to be fair but iv had much better. It may have been a bad day but I’ll call again for sure.

Had a really great evening last night for dinner. Staff were great fun and service was excellent California Chicken Burger was delicious Fresh and tasty, good portion of chips with it Had the Affogato with Baileys to finish was it was gorgeous Would highly recommend and visit again Would recommend booking in advance, it’s not a massive restaurant and it’s very popular

Nice place for breakfast on Saturday morning it was really busy 9am. We were lucky we got a table. We got French toast and bacon it was delicious. So many options on the menu.

Will recommend ordering the eggs benedict... Plus the cappuccino as well... Good ambience.

After years of extensive research I do believe this is the best brunch in Cork! Bit small so can be a long wait on the weekends, but midweek is more chill. Everything I’ve tried here has been delicious, they also have really nice apple juice. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, amazing service and great ambience. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and the virtual queue is a great idea. Next time I am in Cork it will be a first on my list.

So disappointed with our visit here today especially as we had so enjoyed it on our previous visit. One of our guests asked for just one fried egg as she really hated poached eggs. Was told no!! They did not do fried eggs but no apology or no alternative. We reserved for 12 noon but didn’t order until at least 12.15. I was surprised that the menu was so restricted and remarked how on our previous visit the menu was much more extensive (expansive) but no alternative was suggested. In the then limited ( breakfast) menu presented.. I very unfortunately chose pancakes!!! What a disaster… they were like something you would get in a discount store… dry and rubbery and the bacon slices ( €3.00 extra) were hard and brittle!!! I am so disappointed because since our previous visit we had wholeheartedly and many times recommended Liberty Grill!! When I told the server that the pancakes were awful I got only a cursory “oh sorry” but nothing else. Very very disappointed but also embarrassed on front of our guests

Great place! Really enjoyed our brunch, and then came back for dinner at the same day. Very fresh, delicious food and great atmosphere. Very helpful , friendly staff. Definitely coming back again!
